Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of two years heavy manual construction experience in construction related concrete/asphalt work.
A valid Georgia “Class B” CDL is preferred at time of hire and a satisfactory seven-year driving history to include no DUI’s in the last 3 years.
Skill inmixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
Knowledge of the operation of jack hammers, asphalt wagons, slide tamps, and other gas-powered equipment.
Must be able to communicate with co-workers, add and subtract whole numbers; and carry out instructions.

Perform on-site and virtual clinical counseling services to clients of SBH Therapy, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies. The amount of on-site vs. virtual sessions will depend upon the need of practice, clients, and CD recommendation.
Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for SBH Therapy.
Respond to client’s requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the SBH Therapy website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.
Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by SBH Therapy or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week).
