Making sure that basic needs are met such as clothing and transportation. * The liaison would provide personalized support-One to one support would be provided to identify and address specific needs. Making sure that the student and family aware of different outside services that they may need and making helping them get in contact with these services. (Counseling, housing, medical.) * The liaison would help these students by addressing school attendance and engagement making sure that barriers are addressed that are preventing the student from attending or being engaged academically. * The liaison would build a positive relationship between the school and the family/student. * Documentation of all contact would be kept.
