The right candidate will provide professional mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. At TeleMed2U, we focus on diagnosis, treatment planning and medication management with referrals to Psychotherapy. Mission Statement To provide the highest quality of healthcare by increasing access and delivering the right care, at the right place, and at the right time for the patient What you'll do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth for new and returning patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications within scope of licensure and in accordance with TeleMed2U protocols. Provide ongoing psychiatric care, including routine follow-ups, medication monitoring, and crisis intervention when appropriate. Collaborate with supervising physicians, therapists, case managers, and primary care providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust plans as needed. Participate in peer review, case discussions, and clinical team meetings. Stay current with continuing education, licensing requirements, and professional standards in psychiatric care. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines in all patient interactions. Support TeleMed2U's mission to expand access to quality behavioral health care through innovative telehealth services. Qualifications 2 years of Psychiatric experience is preferred. TX license a must, with willing to get a CA license. Primary areas of treatment are ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder. Proficient in administrative tasks, especially signing off on progress notes. Full- time Monday-Friday work schedule. With 37 patients facing hours per week in the time zone where patients reside.
