Position Summary
Patrols hospital interior and exterior to prevent loss of hospital, employee, and patient or visitor property by intercepting unauthorized individuals and investigating unusual incidents. Performs safety related functions such as facilitating drills and checking fire extinguisher to ensure a safe environment.

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Epic Clinical Analyst - User & Identity Access is the provisioning of access to Epic services across the LMHS organization. This includes account provisioning, the building and maintaining of appropriate role-based access controls, assisting in security and compliance audits, and assistance with building and maintaining an automated provisioning processes.

Provisions application security levels and roles
Establishes an Epic Security program and maintain ownership of applications and all security classes
Coordinates security template and role updates and establishes a security change control process

Creates user records and maps them to templates built by application analysts
Creates and maintains procedures to activate, deactivate and update user records
Understands the Epic Software security structure, including user profiles, roles and security classes
Requirements:
Prior experience with the Epic system and the Epic Security infrastructure.
Epic certification required or experience in security coordination and access management. (Epic certification is required within 6 months from employment.)
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills required to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts
Strong skills in PC desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements; requires occasional after-hours support.
Associate degree or have acquired 1 to 3 years of identity/access management experience.
Healthcare application or technical support required.
Epic Security experience and certification is a plus.

**About the job:**
The **Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)**, within the Ohio Scope of Practice, provides therapeutic procedures and diagnostic testing to chronically and acutely ill patients requiring respiratory procedures.

Position Description
Under the general direction of the VP of Financial Services, this position provides overall compliance auditing and monitoring of the Health Systems. This position safeguards the Health Systems compliance with state and federal documentation and billing requirements.
Responsibilities
Primary focus on the compliance of home care, patient level of care, and patient status but also responsible for internal auditing of processes and practices to help assure consistency with federal and state law to include but not limited to compliance with the: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Ohio Department of Health (ODH), Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), and Recovery Audit Contractors (RAC).
Communicate with external agencies regarding audits.
Responsible for auditing charge capture processes, coding and billing processes, and assisting in resolution of case or system failures.
Provide consultation in the application of process improvement principles as they relate to the results of any compliance audit functions and findings.
Knowledgeable in Medicare and Medicaid regulations and billing practices to appropriately guide and advise staff and processes.
Offer expertise to departmental personnel and medical staff in the areas of coding, billing, and compliance.
Effectively work with multi-disciplinary groups, skilled with interacting with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Research regulations/rules/laws to effectively analyze concerns and develop well-reasoned solutions based on official resources, recognize and validate assumptions, collect information, and draw meaningful inferences.

Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or bachelor's prepared individual with significant healthcare and auditing experience. Clinical background is strongly preferred.
A minimum of three to five years in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid laws.
Superior interpersonal, analytical and computer skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Must have the appropriate background and knowledge needed to assess clinical documentation and medical record coding and to analyze data and identify trends and outliers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that will support professional communication with all levels of management.

Position Summary
Provision of social work services primarily to emergency department patients. Social work services include psychosocial and needs assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and the provision of material resources and linkage to community agencies. Primary focus on discharge planning, including needs assessment, plan development, and the implementation of the discharge plan. The implementation of the discharge plan may include arrangements for a wide variety of services including psychiatric inpatient care, home health care, durable medical equipment, skilled nursing facility placement, or long-term placement.
Respond to concerns of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children or the elderly including reporting to the appropriate and mandated agencies.
Provide consultation to the interdisciplinary healthcare team regarding the impact of psychosocial factors on the patient's health and illness.
Provide education and referrals regarding community resources to patients.
Maintain complete and timely documentation in the medical record regarding patient interventions.
Develop and maintain awareness of the PASSR process as it pertains to extended care facility placement.

Position Summary
Under general supervision, inspects and records readings of chillers, heating and cooling pumps, air handling units and pneumatic control panels. Performs maintenance repairs as needed, primarily during periods when the maintenance department is closed.

Responsibility for materials and equipment. Probable cost in case of improper or careless handling of materials and/or equipment would be moderate.

Administer radioactive materials in various forms, monitoring patients throughout procedure.
Follow all instrumentation and quality control procedures.

Review/revise Policy and Procedure, protocols and patient preps.
Assist supervisor with data collection and regulatory compliance.
