I really enjoyed working with staff and the management team was great! I also loved working with the residents there.
The only con to working there is the fact that we were not allowed any overtime.
The greatest benefit to working at Life Care is the opportunity to be a part of something great! Helping the elderly, making sure their insurance was taken care of in order to make sure they had a less stressful stay.
The communication was wonderful, along with everyone working as a team.
Truthfully speaking, I loved my job and I would keep things as they were.
I prepare for an interview by researching the company. Understanding what they are about so that I'll have some basic information about what should be expected of me.
I think that my compensation at Life Care was a little under the normal range within the industry. However, I also took in consideration that the position was in a smaller town where minimum wage and the cost of living was a little lower.
I respected and appreciated the diverse demographics within our organization. All seemed fair and just. Everyone there was from all walks of life. I felt no sense of discrimination or lack of respect amongst anyone there.
The residents, the respect and compassion that everyone had for one another, The overall environment.
