Ensure all equipment and systems function properly and safely. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations/ordinances.

Participate in the planning of the annual departmental budget, responsible to maintain all expenditures for department to remain within budget allowances, review monthly operating statement for accuracy and explains variances to budget.
Maintain proper level of service repair parts for electrical, plumbing, laundry, lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, hardware, locks, batteries, tools, expendable supplies, emergency telephone and security equipment based on past and expected usage. Maintain and adjust computerized controls for HVAC and other equipment as necessary.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN/RN:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
Current nursing license valid in state worked
Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
Must be willing to keep up with trainings (with our company's Relias software)
Pay rates: LPN starts at $32/hr to $35/hr. . . AND . . . RN starts at $33/hr to $37/hr.
Pay is determined by years of experience while holding a current nursing license.
This position offers a sign on bonus of $2500 that is paid out quarterly through the year. Employee is also eligible for stay bonuses upon their yearly anniversary.
