Life Chiropractic College West company history timeline
Life West traces its roots back to 1976 when it was founded by chiropractor George E. Anderson as Pacific States Chiropractic College.
In April 1978, the first group of students at Pacific States Chiropractic College began attending classes.
In March 1981, through the efforts of Doctor George Anderson, Doctor George Wentland, and Doctor Sid E. Williams, president and founder of Life Chiropractic College (now Life University), an agreement was reached between Life Chiropractic College and Pacific States Chiropractic College.
The result of this merger was the establishment of Life Chiropractic College West in 1981.
Since his 2010 graduation ceremony from Life West, Doctor Tim Smith has expanded his holistic chiropractic reach with his book Unleash the Healer Within.
Doctor Kelly took up the role in January 2011, and under Doctor Kelly’s direction, Life West grew and flourished.
In 2014 Doctor Paul Ofili embarked on a new beginning fresh off the graduation stage, filled with anticipation of what the future might bring.
Upon Doctor Kelly’s departure in October 2016, the Board of Regents appointed the Chairman of the Board of Regents, Doctor Ron Oberstein, to serve as Interim President.
In July 2017, Doctor Oberstein was selected as the third President of Life West.
On November 8th, 2021, Life West officially welcomed Mr.
