During the call there were times we giggled together and times we even cried a bit. I looked up the member's doctors, medications, checked EoCs for more information and we found a plan that would cover all the correct things and have low copayments. The member thanked me at the end of the call for being thorough, educating her on how insurance works including the basics such as MOOPs and deductibles, and mostly for being kind when she needed someone to care.
