This position will assist clients by providing insurance advice regarding Property and Casualty Insurance. The position will be responsible for spearheading these insurance product campaigns in combination with Farmers National Investment Advisors and key bank sales personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
Partner with Branch personnel to prospect new clients and service existing clients
Research health insurance products in order to provide sound information to clients as well as to maintain a current and strong knowledge of market conditions/trends
Analyze insurance policies for cost/benefit/risk analysis
Handle incoming client inquiries via phone as well as email
Handle some clerical duties (filing, faxing, etc.) as necessary
Some travel between branch offices and/or client residences can be expected
Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money Laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations.
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position

Bachelor's Degree in Business
Must have Life, Accident & Health license
Series 6 securities license preferred (or become licensed within 6 months)
Minimum of one (1) year experience working with insurance related products

Job Description
Reports To: VP of Sales/Market Leader
Duties and Responsibilities:
Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
Acts as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus for highest probability of long-term success.
Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts.
Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
Qualifications
State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study.
2-5 years in an insurance sales role
Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.

Provide service to existing clients related to updating policies, providing quotes, taking payments, answering questions, and providing documentation.
Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies and service all claims which include regular and after-hour claims.
Confer with potential customers to provide detailed information about products and services, quote new business, process renewals and/or cancel accounts, take payments, and provide requested documentation.
Review audits or policies; verify accuracy and facilitate corrections, as needed, between client and carrier.
Meet or exceed goals set by the agency to continue to help the growing success.
Qualifications
Hold the insurance license required by your state in personal lines insurance.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively manage, maintain, and write assigned clients and prospects.
Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and solve complex problems without direct supervision.
