Strong Leadership skills Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards. Effective communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
