Job Description:
Conduct demonstrations of assigned driving operations for students
Ensure all students are operating equipment safely and within company policy
Supervise all assigned students and complete documentation of student attendance and training records
Provide in-person instruction daily to students in the following areas: Full Pre-Trip Inspection, Basic Control Skills and Road Driving
Qualifications:
Must possess a Valid CDL Class-A license
No more than two (2) moving violations in the last 12 months (1 year)
No more than three (3) moving violations in the last 24 months (2 years)
Minimum of 3 years verifiable over-the-road (OTR) or local commercial driving experience
Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Examiner Certificate and pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle drug screen
Must be able and willing to obtain an instructor license from a state approving agency as applicable
Must have the ability to effectively communicate and provide training to others
Must have the intellectual and leadership abilities needed to provide instruction on the full pre-trip inspection, basic control skills and over-the-road training to Roadmaster students.

Outcomes research uses a wide variety of research designs to expand understanding of how to measure outcomes of health care. The course is designed to provide students with both theory and application through case studies and in-class activities. Pure Barre, the largest, most established barre fitness concept in the nation, with over 500 studios in the United States and Canada. Pure Barre is a total body workout that utilizes the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, which burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques. Pure Barre has exploded in popularity in recent years, due to its extremely effective technique, friendly, high-energy atmosphere, and fun, motivating music. POSITION: The Pure Barre Fitness Instructor will lead up to 20 participants through the Pure Barre experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and some holidays) with Wednesday evening availability and either Saturday/Sunday availability required.
Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including study of choreography and class planning prior to each class
Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
Assist with keeping the study tidy
Lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class is required
REQUIREMENTS:
Enthusiastic, confident and outgoing personality
Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
Ability and desire to build client relationships through outstanding customer service
Active lifestyle, already living a health-centered life
Dependable with a strong work ethic - natural willingness to go above and beyond
Confidence to energetically command a room of 20 people
Musicality - ability to keep rhythm and count to beat of music
Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or barre concept (ideal but not required)
All instructors are required to complete a 4-day training at one of our corporate training centers, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes
Minimum two-year commitment to teaching required before attending 4-day training, paid for by the Pure Barre Polaris owners

Drawing and/or watercolor instructor wanted to teach art classes at the Michaels store in Columbus at 3612 W Dublin Granville Rd!
This is a part-time, permanent position. This is a great opportunity for an artist who would like to be able to offer classes, but does not have their own studio space to do so.
We are looking for instructors who:
-have the ability to paint and/or draw realistically
-have the ability
to teach
realistic watercolor and/or drawing classes
-have the willingness to market their classes and build their own student base
Compensation:
FREE Basics: MAKE A Project Classes:
Scheduled
up to one time per month
Hourly rate plus $3 per student
Advanced Classes
: Acrylic Painting, Watercolor and Drawing Classes:
Hourly rate plus $7 per student for 6 students in attendance or less
Hourly rate plus $10 per student for 7 students in attendance or more
*All schedules to be determined between instructor and Michaels store management.
Duration:
Classes are two hours in length.
The goal of each class is for students to leave with a finished painting or drawing.
Certification:
All Grumbacher art instructors who teach classes at Michaels must become certified through Grumbacher.
