Key Responsibilities Execute every task thoughtfully, aiming for each client to live a healthy, meaningful life. Provide personal careambulation assistance, hygiene support, and bedside care. Ensure weekly reporting compliance on client goals and overall health and well-being. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs; reposition clients using adaptive equipment with assistance. Maintain current CPR certification and clean background check. Complete state-mandated DODD 8-hour annual training and re-certification. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
