I enjoy the interactions I get to have with my 900 tenants. One thing I learned working here is that the majority of people in need of storage due to stressful situations so I feel better at the end of the day that I could put a smile on a customer and make one part of their journey that much easier.What DON'T You Like About Working There?
I don't have a lot of guidance working here, most of the time I am running the facility entirely by myself and I don't feel I get paid enough for what I do there. I don't always agree with some of their policies and wish there was a little more help for customers during these hard times but at the end of the day I do what my job is required to do.What Are Your Favorite Benefits/Perks?
I enjoy having full health benefits at a great price and being a full time assistant manager allows 2 weeks paid vacation plus 6 sick days each year.
