Facilitate collaborative relationships with constituents and departments to create a presence for the Registrar's Office on campus. Utilize student information systems (SIS) and databases to organize, update, and retrieve student records. Facilitate course, programmatic, and other updates in Colleague, the student information system at Life University. Generate reports for faculty, deans, staff, and external agencies as requested in compliance with FERPA regulations. Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative staff to facilitate university processes and student support. Provide guidance and support to the student community regarding registration, graduation, academics, and policies. Represent the Office of the Registrar in university committees as assigned. Complete special projects as assigned by the Registrar. Requirements Bachelor's degree. Three years of experience in a Registrar or records office, or another academic or student services office. Experience working in a team environment with a high focus on customer service. Familiarity and knowledge of FERPA. Experience working with sensitive information and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
