Three to six months work experience in CT Imaging.
ARRT certified with current registration required. Overview

Key Responsibility 1: Executes basic clinical competence in CT, in all locations, across all patient types. Selects accurate technical factors on an individual patient basis and demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to age of the patient. Actively participates in the Clinical Ladder Program, if implemented, at the individual System hospital/location, meeting and maintaining all Program standards and requirements.
Key Responsibility 2: Applies knowledge of CT principles and practices, including anatomy and physiology, radiation safety and physics, patient positioning and patient care skills. Adheres to Joint Commission, State, Federal, organizational and departmental regulatory compliance standards.
Key Responsibility 3: Documents accurate patient care activity in various electronic health records systems.
Key Responsibility 4: Ensures a safe and appropriate work environment. Maintains supplies and inventory in area. Informs appropriate colleague when supplies need to be ordered from outside vendors. Our practice of team-centered patient care means that you will be collaborating regularly with a group of highly engaged imaging technical educators, nurses, radiologists and other staff. There are dedicated radiology clinical support teams to manage scheduling appointments, equipment maintenance, and other patient care needs. Teaching opportunities are available with our radiology assistants, students from the Schools of Medical Imaging, as well as learning opportunities across modalities for all technologists.
Johns Hopkins Imaging at White Marsh is currently searching for a Full Time CTTechnologist to join our elite Radiology team. As a CT tech you will perform CT protocols and procedures utilizing highly technical CT equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Requires completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology.
* Three to six months experience in CT Imaging.
* ARRT with current registration required.
* Radiography license by the Maryland Board of Physicians
* CPR certification required within three months of employment.
* New grads are encouraged to apply.
