Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns. Performs IV Access and contrast injections per departmental policy. Requests and will order supplies as necessary to always keep materials on hand. Utilize GE and Siemens scanner equipment effectively. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience; first-time travelers accepted. MD license required prior to start. Certification in BLS, ARRT, and ARRT advanced certification is mandatory. Experience in abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction is required.
