Role Purpose
Performs treatment planning and dosimetry computations, including CT simulations, encountered in daily clinical physics activities as requested by the Radiation Oncologist.
Responsibilities
Designs a treatment plan with optimal beam geometry to deliver a prescribed radiation dose and spare critical structures in accordance with the Radiation Oncologist's prescription.
Provide assistance and technical support to the Medical Physicist, in radiation safety and protection and quality assurance of treatment plans. Operates and performs quality assurance, under the direction of the Medical Physicist and Radiation oncologists. Adheres to Department Quality Assurance Guidelines.
Localizes implant sources and special interest dose points.
Communicate with the radiation therapist(s) and assume an advisory role in the implementation of the treatment plan including: the correct use of immobilization devices, compensators, field arrangement, and other treatment or imaging parameters.

How you'll make an impact:
Further the training of the TMTT Sales field team by identifying ENABLE partner training sites based on specified criteria
Attend key training events and cases at new and existing ENABLE training partner sites. Give and receive feedback related to trainees and the training program.
Manage a schedule of training events including assigning trainers/trainees in coordination with the field team and Sales Training.
Work with administrative support and Medical Affairs to compliantly manage contracts and payments related to the training program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serves as initial point of access for families inquiring about LTL programs and services.
2. Assists in cultivating and obtaining necessary resources to help meet families' food, clothing, housing or other needs.

Familiarity with state and federal regulations impacting nursing homes, hospitals, and/or physician practices, including CMS quality measures, value-based payment models, and accreditation standards.
