We're looking for a Packaging Supervisor to lead a high-performing manufacturing team in a fast-paced, regulated environment. As a key frontline leader, you'll ensure production timelines are met, processes are optimized, and continuous improvement remains at the heart of everything we do. As a Packaging Supervisor, you'll have ownership of packaging operations on the floor with the following key responsibilities: Supervise, schedule and coordinate daily packaging operations and personnel to meet production schedules and quality standards. Provide training and guidance to packaging staff on procedures, safety practices, and quality standards. Participate in investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strategically align department goals within current company objectives. Effectively lead, train, and develop staff. Develop and maintain metrics for monitoring packaging process errors and efficiency. Continually evaluate ways to improve quality, streamline processes, increase cost effectiveness, and reduce potential for in-process errors. Continually assess effectiveness of relevant manufacturing documents to ensure ease of use and compliance. This position could be a great fit if you are a strong manufacturing leader with the following: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a regulated industry, preferably in packaging or other manufacturing. Production floor inventory control experience Experience in the operation of label applicators, sealers, or other packaging equipment preferred. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a deadline driven environment. Mechanically inclined and detail oriented. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations. How you will contribute: * You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team. * You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results. * You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. * You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures. * You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
