Responsibilities: Effectively monitor the pool area to prevent injuries and provide care as necessary. Examine injured persons and administer first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, if necessary, using training, medical supplies and equipment. Contact emergency medical personnel in case of serious injury. Rescue distressed persons, using American Red Cross rescue techniques and equipment. Maintain quality of pool water by testing chemical levels. Maintain sanitary conditions of all other facilities within the pool area including bathrooms and pool deck. Perform other work as assigned by management or supervisors to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the pool facility.
