Good managers & CEO, seems like there was plenty of room to move up via credentials and professional development. Any issue I needed to address with a manager was always tended to. I did feel valued there.
Case management in similar organizations is notoriously difficult yet the workload is out of proportion. Especially with numerous complexly different housing procedures to processes to learn! Like any workplace, putting principals before personality is good to keep youeligible. I was unable to do my best for certain resistant clients with SMI which exacerbated chronic SUD. Not really a Con. Of LL though.
Good management, entry level pay and benefits ( though I left just after the 4 months till an employee is eligible
Attentive, compassionate, responsive, patient and good guidance
Removing the Housing Administration as a part of the CPSW job duties.
Education, research on LL, talking with ppl. Who worked there and having a general knowledge of their operation
Not sure it was my first time as a CPSW with some experience and an Associates.
Excellent. It was diverse
Being proficient at my tasks, having attainable expectations from leadership & taking on more when possible. Case Manager job isn't easy, in part because they are unreasonably tasked. Most ( in my eexperience) entry level CPSW s have only that. The job requires much, much more. So the learning curve is steep and fast.
