How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:
The Donation Coordinator functions as a valued member of the Donor Center Team and provides accurate, efficient, and timely donor referral and screening services for its stakeholders such as, tissue recovery agencies, referring hospitals, client Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), partner eye banks, Medical Examiner offices, and funeral homes. Provides support and guidance to family members of potential tissue, eye, and research donors by facilitating approach for donation. The Donation Coordinator makes independent decisions when approaching families based on training and experience. Collaborates with hospital staff, as well as, other LifeNet Health (LNH) staff to determine the appropriate time to approach the family to obtain authorization and preform the Donor Risk Assessment form. Donation Coordinators provide quality customer service to all callers and have the ability to multi-task in a frequently fast-paced environment while having a high level of attention to detail. This position directly contributes to the success of LNH with respect to the determining preliminary donor eligibility. This position should embody the values and attributes of LNH and help ensure outstanding customer service throughout the service territory.
What you'll do:
Accurately identifies and processes all potential organ, tissue, and eye referrals and tissue screenings to maximize donation opportunities from referring agencies. Communicates with appropriate personnel according to established protocols with exemplary customer service . Works empathetically, compassionately, and professionally with families in crisis and advocates for donation and transplantation . Accurately and effectively evaluates information for preliminary donor eligibility, including: relevant medical records, clinical course, hemodilution assessment, medical history, and behavioral risk assessment information. Follows all communication protocols to ensure effective interactions with Donor Center teammates and stakeholders, including but not limited to Funeral Homes, Medical Examiners, and Hospital Staff. Arranges transportation of approved donor tissues from contracted procurement agencies and communicates arrangements according to established protocols. What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):
High School Diploma or GED ; Associates degree in Allied Health, Life Sciences or related preferred 3 years work experience in EMT, Hospital Corpsman, ER or ICU tech or equivalent, crisis intervention, dispatch, counseling, call center or customer service ; 3 years work experience in Tissue Banking, Medical Device, Organ Procurement, call center or related industry experience preferred Successful completion of an Allied Healthcare technical or professional program, to include EMT, LPN, Hospital Corpsman, Paramedic, RNs, Re s piratory Therapist Donor Center Approach Training, must be obtained within 1 year of employment . How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:
As a Tissue Recovery Specialist, you will be performing all assigned tasks related to successful completion of tissue recovery operations. Recovers human tissues for transplant and research following established LifeNet Health and client policies and procedures. Assists in organizing recovery teams and may perform the role of trainer and/or preceptor for new tissue recovery employees. Actively participates in a rotational on-call schedule to adequately cover needs of the recovery site operations. Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times while representing LifeNet Health.
What you'll do:
Recovers basic and advanced tissues for transplant and research following LifeNet Health and client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including appropriate donor reconstruction . Performs a thorough physical examination of the potential tissue donor and review of medical records. Ensures concurrent, accurate and thorough completion of assigned LifeNet Health donor chart documentation and quality reviews . Assists in the onboarding and training of new tissue recovery staff members as a trainer and/or preceptor to maximize the donation opportunity and ensure compliance with departmental procedures and industry standards/regulations . Performs administrative office duties such as ordering, stocking to ensure continuity of recovery operations; seeks, evaluates and makes recommendations for improvement and cost savings opportunities . Responsibly and accurately reviews tissue donor disclosure/authorization documents and confers with team members pertaining to its verification . Organizes teams and prepares supplies for case activity . Transports or arranges for transport of recovered tissues, blood samples and/or cultures to LifeNet Health or other client facilities . As a Support Services Technician, you will provide routine support services for all local LifeNet facilities, including package deliveries, supplies & equipment transport. You will also provide general support services to fulfill special customer requests.

What you'll do:
Performs general support activities such as: moving equipment and furniture, shipping UPS packages and minor grounds inspections. Safely operates assigned trucks, vans, forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment for storage and transportation of supplies and equipment between all LifeNet facilities. Fulfills support requests upon receipt and ensures timely delivery of interdepartmental mail, personal packages, supplies and unprocessed human tissue shipments. Unloads vehicles using forklift, hand truck and/or by hand then places in the items in the appropriate holding area for processing. Pulls inventory supplies for customer orders and prepares them for verification prior to delivery. Receives and documents all incoming shipments for tracking and delivery. Performs initial inspection and storage of incoming unprocessed donors Stocks and rotates all supplies in accordance with prescribed inventory storage methods.

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:
The Logistics Specialist position p rovides kitting/labeling , inventory , and distribution services for all related ViviGen /CV products including cycle counting, assistance with reconciling discrepancies, put away of tissue, pre-etching graft for distribution, distribution of grafts to end users, and discard of tissue. You will p erform physical inspection upon receipt of tissue and create/run reports for inventory tasks. This position also f ills and monitors liquid nitrogen freezers, stocks daily supply orders, prepares blue transfer bins as well as dry ice shippers as needed for distribution.
What you'll do :
Perform receipt, inspection, pre-etch, and transfer of tissue in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Ensure proper documentation and traceability of tissue transfers to Research & Development, Distribution and Production departments in accordance with Quality Systems standards. Perform pick/pack/ship distribution activities of liquid nitrogen or deep frozen LifeNet Health grafts to meet daily order requirements using FedEx, UPS and courier service providers utilizing SAP/RF units according to SOPs with a high degree of accuracy. Dispose of expired or unsuitable grafts, when necessary, into bio-hazard bins using appropriate safety measures and enter appropriate information regarding discarded grafts into appropriate databases. Maintain accurate records and inventory accountability for quarantined and/or released inventory. Performs cycle counts as required. Initiates CAPAs and performs investigations and root cause analyses for nonconforming materials/ conditions as necessary. Performs daily recording of required Key Performance indicators (KPIs) on the day by hour charts ( e.g. orders pulled and grafts pulled) and provides reports to management as required. Order, pull, and prepare supplies as required. Maintains certification in Dangerous Goods shipping requirements and is fully trained to process international shipments with the correct documentation. Rotates on-call responsibilities for emergency tissue orders and weekend tissue shipments. Maintain and monitor all equipment associated with the storage and distribution of liquid nitrogen or deep frozen LifeNet Health grafts. Prepare LDH samples for testing as required by Quality Systems. What you' ll bring (Minimum Requirements) :

What you'll do :
Reviews contractual documents from opposing parties to ensure documents comply with Company standards, identify any unusual compliance obligations or risks to review with the Director, Corporate Contracts Management, outside council and or Company leadership, and draft revised language for opposing party's contracts. Drafts legal documents and correspondence and provide technical edits and document updates. Provides legal research to support the Company's legal functions and risk management. Under general supervision conducts legal research to support the Company's legal functions and risk management. Gathers, prepares, and reviews legal due diligence and other documents for transactional matters to ensure they are completed and handled in a professional, timely and confidential manner. Exercises discretion and independent judgement in coordination of corporate compliance program implementation and program monitoring. Under general supervision prepares corporate organizational documents for filing with state regulators and other governmental bodies in jurisdictions in which the company operates. Responsible for maintaining annual filing and orders business entity documents from governmental bodies as necessary. Oversees corporate collections matters in coordination with outside counsel and assist with filing of litigation documents . Oversees the legal docket to ensure matters are handled within all necessary guidelines and timeframes . Reviews records and responds to subpoena request and prepares litigation hold notices in a timely manner and coordinates correspondence with internal and external parties.

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

As a Sterile Processing Technician, you would be processing all surgical equipment needed for production processing in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and governing standards in compliance with LifeNet Health's Quality Systems, Corporate Compliance programs and department safety policies and procedures.

Important: This role requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, walk and lift up to 50 lbs. for the duration of the shift; as well as wear personal protective equipment to include: surgical gowns, masks, visors or goggles and caps.

This role is critical to the LifeNet Health mission because it is an important step in taking the donor's gifts and transitioning them to the lifesaving and health restoring allografts for patients around the globe.

What you'll do:

* Accurately inspects, prepares and packages all instrumentation and equipment for sterilization.
* Decontaminates all instrumentation and equipment effectively ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Stocks case carts to ensure all items are accounted for and available for processing and/or other departments as assigned. Processes and completes associated case cart documentation.
* Sterilizes all equipment ensuring the appropriate sterilization method is used and respective SOP followed. Operates Steam and EO sterilizers and accurately completes associated documentation.
* Participates in department continuous improvement initiatives, as assigned by management.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):

* High School Diploma or GED
* One (1) year of work experience; Previous experience in a sterile processing environment or inspection role preferred
* CRCST Certification or equivalent preferred

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:
As a Buyer Planner you will d irect and coordinate activities of raw material buying, planning, and inventory control. Maintains inventory targets and manages supply plans against those targets, including maintenance of purchasing data/parameters in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, and cost targets. Use industry-standard Supply Planning methods and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system to drive for consistent materials and production execution. Have daily contact with suppliers to support vital goals within the company.
What you'll do :
Coordinates with Production Planning to define routine supply forecasts and manage changes per the Master Production Schedule and ad hoc requirements. Then, p artners with suppliers to ensure receipt of quality materials. Provides forecast updates to suppliers to meet contractual and company cost and risk goals. Ensures quality and On-time Delivery metrics are achieved . Manages stock levels through prescribed planning models, which could include min/max and ERP/MRP. Plans and procures assigned production and distribution supplies in compliance with FDA, ISO, AATB, and other relevant industry standards. Manages inventory levels to meet inventory value and turns goals . Identifies production risks and ways to mitigate such risks through SAP MRP analysis, supplier intelligence, and utilizing problem solving skills and collaboration with internal and external partners . Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost savings/avoidance and making appropriate system and process changes as necessary to execute. Includes LEAN/ Continuous Improvement projects, expiry/ obsolescence management, as well as identification and elimination of obsolete and overstock inventory . Drives effective and timely identification and disposition of non-conforming material. Conducts routine management of complaint system for assigned supplies, including coordination with Quality, Operations and Suppliers to meet FDA/ ISO and other regulatory requirements. What you' ll bring (Minimum Requirements) :

Bachelor's Degree in s upply chain, business administration, engineering, operations or related discipline required. CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) Certification from ISM (Institute of Supply Management) or APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) preferred . Four (4) years purchasing experience, combination of buying and planning required; Five (5) years preferred. Three (3) years' experience in the use of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) required. Three (3) years' additional supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment preferred.

The Engineer 1 is r esponsible for helping to design, development and/or implement allograft clinical solutions and manufacturing processes including improvements to existing products and processes. Drafts and executes performance and qualification test plans in compliance with LifeNet Quality Systems (QS)/Regulatory Affairs (RA) standards in allograft design and development duties .
What you'll do :
Under supervision, designs and develops new or improved allograft tissue products, equipment and processes under the supervision of a senior engineer or manager. Serves as the lead engineering resource and/or the project lead on projects using existing technology or as an engineering resource on new technology projects This includes responsibility to investigate assigned complaints and errors. Drafts and coordinates the execution of testing protocols of new allograft tissues, new processes and the improvement of existing processes Generates technical protocols and reports as applies to verification and validation of new products and/or improvement implementations. Responsible for growing knowledge base and training peers on new or existing procedures and acts as a Subject Matter Expert (lead to be consulted with on proposed changes, improvements, etc.) for new or existing equipment, processes or products. Maintains production, design and development records in accordance with LifeNet Health Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Supports the engineering needs of other LifeNet departments as determined appropriate. required.
What you' ll bring (Minimum Requirements) :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required ; Master's Degree in Engineering preferred White Belt Lean Certification from LNH Lean University or similar within one (1) year required ; Green Belt Lean Certification preferred 2 Years' Engineering experience in a medical device development/ manufacturing environment or equipment design required; 3 years Directly related medical device engineering experience preferred
