What we are looking for:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Associate's degree in nursing required.
Current Registered Nurse license as required by state regulations in which the facility operates.
1-year experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.
CPR certification is required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.

How you'll contribute
A The Director of Marketing who excels in this role:
* Develop and implement conversion-focused marketing strategies to achieve growth for the behavioral health line of business, including wholly owned free-standing, joint ventures, and BHUs, aligned with Behavioral Health business goals
* Employ market research and segmentation strategies to optimize digital advertising investment
* Oversee paid digital campaigns across all tactics (PPC, Display, Social, OTT, etc.) in support of strategic goals
* Manage relationship with agency of record to convey and consult on strategy, oversee ad placement, review performance, supply ad content and creative
* Track KPIs and develop reporting to senior leadership on Marketing campaign performance
* Manage BH advertising technology compliance and risk management, including annual Legit Script recertification and certification of new facilities
* Participate in budgeting and ongoing budget management
* Monitor business results in collaboration with Business Development leadership, CEOs and DBDs on strategy and growth opportunities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Greeting patients following Conifer Standards of Care, provides world-class customer service, completes full patient registration at date of service, adheres to financial & cash control policies & procedures, thoroughly explains and secures Hospital & patient legal forms (i.e., Advance Directives, Conditions of services, Consent for treatment, Important Message from Medicare, EMTALA, etc.). Scan Protected Health Information, create and file patient information packets/folders for upcoming Hospital services. May also assist with scheduling diagnostic procedures (enters data in scheduling system, provide customer with appointment instructions, other tasks as needed).
* Educates patients about patient financial liabilities, employs proper, compliant patient liability collection techniques before, during & after date of service, performs Hospital cash reconciliation & secured payment entry in adherence to financial & cash control policies & procedures.
* Secures medical necessity checks/verification in accordance to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid services, verifies insurance, benefits, coverage & eligibility, completes assigned registration financial clearance work lists activities, obtains insurance authorizations for scheduled & unscheduled Hospital services, and secures inpatient visit notification to payors. May also assist with scheduling and coordinating post discharge care for patients.

The Therapist, Behavioral Health functions as a member of the Behavioral Health Team in providing independent practice license scope levels of psychiatric care for the patients on the Behavioral Health Units. Provides and documents mental health services to Psychiatric patients. Develops and facilitates discharge planning in collaboration with patient and patient's family, supportive other, or guardian. Works to develop and deliver psychoeducational programming as well as lead or co-lead group psychotherapy as assigned. May provide care to child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients as assigned. Care provided is based on defined standards of patient care and practice.
* Coordinates, develops, and delivers curriculum to meet the psychological needs of patients.
* Participate within a lead role in the multidisciplinary treatment team planning process,
encouraging patient and family involvement.
* Perform clinical services aimed at stabilizing the psychiatric crisis and the development of
healthy mental health management through a biopsychosocial model of treatment.
* Responsible for coordination of discharge plan through discharge planning meetings on
assigned units and follows up with patients, family, physician, and hospital staff from

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Area Director of Business Development is responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans for the Rehabilitation Hospitals/Units. Candidate will establish strategic marketing plans in collaboration with senior leadership to achieve the facility's objectives. This position designs and maintains a system for strong relationships with Managed Care Providers, Medicare, Case Managers, other payers, and appropriate hospital personnel to accomplish the development and maintenance of a strong and successful patient referral network, and beneficial reimbursement arrangements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Implements a comprehensive business plan to ensure Census and Mix Forecasts are met and/or exceeded. * Ensures comprehensive external information is gathered on a continual basis with regard to markets, customers and competitors.

* Serves as a liaison between Financial Services, Information Systems, and Business Development as it relates to internal data gathering and distribution of demand and utilization data. Designs control systems to measure effectiveness and results of market development and penetration.
* Ensures appropriateness of patient selection; assists patients/families in making informed admission decisions.
* Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and programs annually and on an as needed basis for the facility's long and short term goals.
* Compares research findings on local, regional and national data in order to identify areas for potential cost and quality improvement by product-line and physician practice patterns.
* Establishes planning links with other health care organizations and agencies in order to obtain research information. Evaluates opportunities for joint or shared programs, coordinates written data-oriented external agency surveys to gather best local information available.
* Interfaces directly with managed care providers, key physicians and other program delivery personnel providing expertise in the development and implementation of business plans, situation analysis documents and feasibility studies to evaluate opportunities for new joint or shared program and/or service offering, and new product-line development, product enhancement and product differentiation in the competitive market environment.
* Consistently interfaces with Referral Sources, Case Managers and Managed Care Providers to create to achieve maximum revenue generation for the hospital while maintaining environment of quality care for the patient.
* Maintains a measure and tracking system delivering timely reports and presentations on a regular basis. Provides specific feedback to CEO/COO on performance achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis.
