Initially they lure you with a high pay package as a physician, but then they get rid of you if oyu have concerns of safety and quality
No concerns for patient safety and quality Lifepoint is involved in a number of lawsuits across the country. As a healthcare provider, do not tarnish your reputation by working with these folks. The strategy of lifepoint is to tartget rural, underserved areas, which unfortunately usually have a high inpoverished and low education level. Lifepoint charges these people exorbiant medical fees and threatens lawsuits and collections, knowing that 99 percent of these folks cannot afford lawyers to fight back. It is pure greed and no regard for people's lives. This is why you dont see Lifepoint in any large cities as they know they would be sued out of business.

They are big micro managers. I hated my tenure working for them
My supervisor acted as though she knew everything but she was actually a novice
There were no perks
The worst place I have ever worked. Fake management, no integrity, dishonest, and scamming. I’m embarrassed to say I ever worked for this company.
