Great to see individuals take pride in their work , and to be a small part of their success because they get the accomodations they need to be supported in work.
All leadership, from the board down through the higher ups and executive "management" are incredibly lacking and the demise of this once beneficial company to those with disabilities. Employees often tend to work in highly toxic work environment with low compensation, poor employee culture and cohesion, favoritism of employees and departments, and management that believe that they are God himself and can abuse you mentally and verbally while threatening your job and disregarding the vary principles that this company has worked with for decades to support the disabled population. If you enjoy your sanity and peace of mind while being supported and appreciated for your contributions, this is NOT a healthy workplace. And if you are a person with a disability, keep looking and do not work here.
