Lifespace Communities would like to introduce the opportunity to become a Housekeeper at Harbour's Edge, a CCRC community located in Delray Beach. The shift that we are currently seeking is Full Time 8am to 4pm, Flexible Days

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas, such as resident homes, common areas, dining room and other locations in the community. The Housekeeper performs cleaning duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures.

A few other details about the role:

* Clean assigned resident homes and common community areas to include cleaning and disinfecting washrooms, cleaning floors and dusting.
* Deliver appropriate care of residents' belongings for purposes of cleaning, organizing and storing.
* Execute timely cleaning duties when a resident has been transferred, moved out or discharged, and prepare rooms quickly and efficiently for new occupant.
* Maintain an organized and stocked work cart at all times while ensuring that chemicals are properly labeled and stored and the work cart is locked when in common areas or while unattended.
* Follow cleaning practices for isolation rooms using appropriate infection control and isolation guidelines as indicated by department cleaning procedures.
* Initiate request for supplies and equipment needs to supervisor, as well as confirm chemicals are labeled and stored correctly.
* Assist other departments with cleaning and other housekeeping assignments.
* Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
* Obtain knowledge and demonstrate the principles of Living Lifespace, person directed care and successful aging philosophies and their inherent core values of commitment, respect, compassion, dedication, teamwork and quality.

The Director of Nursing Services provides leadership to the nursing department through planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating activities of the nursing department including implementation of the department's philosophy and goals, standards for nursing practice and the management and development of nursing team members. This role is responsible for demonstrating a commitment to customer service through resident focused initiatives that support the mission of the community and Lifespace Communities.

* Provide leadership and vision to the department by developing and maintaining departmental objectives, standards of nursing practice and nursing policy, and procedure manuals.
* Plan, coordinate and implement new techniques, nursing objectives and standards of nursing care.
* Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the resident's total regime of care and provide direct resident care.
* Oversee and assist in assessment, coordination, planning, monitoring, implementation and evaluation in case management.
* Organize resident care programs which include the interdisciplinary team, resident care planning team, the restorative care program and other programs as necessary to provide optimal care.
* Foster an environment which acknowledges and supports each resident and their rights to make choices regarding their surroundings and care.
* Meeting federal and regulatory requirements ensure appropriate staffing levels and forecast team member needs with fluctuation of workload.
* Oversee all employment related activities to include team member safety, hiring, performance management, corrective action, team member engagement and recognition, and team member development and training.
* Develop, implement, monitor, and enforce department policies.
* Generate input into the budget process and maintain monthly expense records.
* Institute cost control activities through an organized system of monitoring the utilization of supplies and equipment, evaluating and setting standards of supplies and equipment usage.
* Participate and facilitate, as needed, resident, quality, regulatory and safety meetings specific to the department and community.
* Guide and enforce proper infection control practices.

Lifespace Communities would like to introduce the opportunity to become a Concierge at Harbour's Edge, a CCRC community located in Delray Beach The shift that we are currently seeking is Full Time - 7am to 3pm, Tuesdays through Saturdays.

The Concierge ensures the highest level of resident satisfaction by providing services and information the residents request within the guidelines of the community. This position proactively anticipates the needs of the residents so a solution can be offered before requested, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each resident.

A few other details about the role:

* Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency.
* Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events and offer recommendations and personal services that may include, but not limited to, restaurant reservations, recreation requests, doctor appointments, floral orders, dry cleaning, etc., for residents and visiting guests. Information provided may include maps, literature and other materials.
* Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles.
* Assist with loading and unloading vehicles; delivers packages, groceries to resident living areas.
* Assist in direction of deliveries for residents, and visitors to their destinations.
* Deliver various items to resident homes.
* Remind residents of scheduled reservations and other events.
* Responsible for scheduling appointments and informing transportation team of any appointments made.

* Responsible for keeping work area clean, orderly and safe at all times.
* Open and close the concierge desk and properly secure all files, keys and equipment.

* Ensure guests/visitors abide by existing rules and refuse move-in to persons, as directed.
* In absence of safety and security team, route vendors, emergency vehicle drivers as needed.
* In a clear and precise manner, pass information and directions at end of shift.
* Provide administrative assistance and back-up support to receptionist.

The Custodian performs cleaning duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures.

Lifespace Communities would like to introduce the opportunity to become a Safety and Security Officer at Claridge Court, a CCRC community located in Prairie Village, KS. The shifts will be part time hours that includes Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am, weekends and holidays as needed.

The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of all residents and company property. Is responsible for ensuring that all safety and security checks are completed. This position is responsible for reporting suspicious and/or unusual circumstances.

* Make scheduled rounds inside and outside of the building to maintain a secure environment.
* Schedule and ensure that all fire and disaster drills are conducted for each shift and accurate detailed logs are kept.
* Maintain security records, including and not limited to safety inspections, repair needs of equipment, unusual circumstances and service requests. Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working order.
* Respond to all fire alarms and emergency calls and notify appropriate team members as necessary.
* Has a good working knowledge of all Life Safety Systems

* Transport residents and/or team members on and/or off of the property as needed or requested.
* Deliver packages to residents and distribute in-house mail.
* Greet residents and guests, assist with luggage and packages and parks and retrieves resident vehicles.
* Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
