The Rehab CNA assists in the delivery of rehabilitation services under the supervision and direction of rehabilitation personnel within the disciplines of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology as allowed by state and federal regulations. Transports residents on active therapy program, as well as assists in therapy related activities assigned by rehab personnel. Responsible for clerical duties assigned by the Therapist Managers and other rehabilitation staff for timely and organized maintenance of equipment, medical records, soft charts and other documentation. Basic computer work and data entry may be required.
Assists in direct therapy service provision by carrying out delegated, selected patient related tasks under the direct supervision of a therapist allowed by state and federal law.
Transports patients/residents to and from therapy department safely and efficiently. Transportation responsibilities include: advancing to the next resident if previous resident is not ready (notifying therapist when returning to department), ensuring that resident's feet are on the foot rests when applicable, ensuring resident is in correct wheelchair by checking name tag on back of wheelchair, ensuring appropriate seat belt or seat alarm is in place, ensuring oxygen tanks have sufficient oxygen and notify nursing and /or therapy when low, transports one resident at a time, and upon completion of therapy session returns resident to unit, nursing station or dining room, if requested. Do not return resident to their rooms unattended unless instructed.
Escorts independently ambulatory residents to the rehabilitation department when requested.
Provides additional physical help for patient transfer and safety needs under the direct supervision of a therapist or therapist assistant. Assistants do not perform clinical tasks reserved for licensed therapists or therapist assistants.
Maintains cleanliness and safety of the rehabilitation department's physical environment and assigned equipment.
Oversees maintenance of equipment in accordance with infection control safety guidelines.
Responsible for maintenance and replenishment of daily needs of clean linen and other commonly used items. Returns used/soiled linens to housekeeping per facility protocol.
Completes assigned clerical duties, such as computer data entry, photocopying, filing, answering the phone, retrieval of therapy related documentation and other paperwork.
Maintains a record of equipment maintenance and cleaning schedule as assigned by the therapist manager/s.
Performs routine inventory and informs the Therapist Manager/s of stock replenishment needs.
Performs other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Participates in quality improvement activities as assigned by the Therapist Manager and/or Corporate Director of Rehabilitation.
Responsible for service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to ensure the delivery of quality services required to meet or exceed the expectations of patients / residents, families, caregivers and customers.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. One year experience in a health care setting preferred. Current certification as a Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) required.

Warren Center is an eighty-bed skilled nursing facility located at 42 Gurney Lane. Our facility provides a wide spectrum of nursing care to the residents of Warren County. We provide short-term rehabilitation services to people who cannot immediately return to their homes because of an accident or illness. We also provide long-term care for individuals who are unable to care for themselves. We look at each person from an individual perspective. Communicating with parents as needed, to make sure they are up to date on what their kids are experiencing at camp
Ensuring all staff, campers, and parents are safe and have a positive experience in our program - this includes diligently following all EDMO Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions
Exhibiting the EDMO Vibe and demonstrating through actions and words each of the social emotional learning (SEL) skills of empathy, responsibility, initiative, collaboration, problem solving and emotion management, while also reinforcing these qualities in staff and kids

Must be 18 years of age; Previous satisfactory experience working with groups of students;
Successful completion of the Instructional Assistant Exam coordinating with academic level required for the position (May waive requirement with proof of Bachelor's degree with coursework primarily in English, AA degree or completion of 48 college- level units).

Job Description
EDMO's summer team members spend 6 weeks of summer connecting with kids, honing leadership skills, and making a real impact - all while rocking wacky costumes and getting pied in the face! Our summer positions offer a unique opportunity to help kids uncover hidden talents and dive deeper into existing talents. Spend your summer pursuing your goals and developing invaluable, transferrable professional skills (including problem solving, management, and coaching).
The Site Assistant is the life line of camp, training on and being ready to hold any position that camp has to offer including Camp Director. Leading up to camp, Site Assistants will train on every role that camp has to offer. Once summer begins, Site Assistants are responsible for filling in wherever they are needed. When they are not subbing for a camp role, they will assist the Camp Director with operational oversight pertaining to their assigned location with a focus on coaching and mentoring other site staff. In addition to a full time summer component, this job includes a part-time spring component that includes training and preparation for camp.
Main duties include:
Participating in any pre-camp training, professional development, or in season meetings
Subbing for any role needed including Counselor, Instructor and Camp Director

This program requires:
Must be 18 years of age; Previous satisfactory experience working with groups of students;
Successful completion of the Instructional Assistant Exam coordinating with academic level required for the position (May waive requirement with proof of Bachelor's degree with coursework primarily in English, AA degree or completion of 48 college- level units).

Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Operations Lead, the Campus Assistant is responsible for the safety and support with student behavior as aligned to the Multi-Tiered System of Support. Program Description:

The Finance Division is responsible for the financial monitoring of sponsored project funds awarded to PHS that are sub awarded to another institution or organization (“subrecipient”). Position Summary:
The Grant Monitor Assistant provides administrative, analytical, and compliance support to the Subrecipient Monitoring team. Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or areas of potential noncompliance and escalate concerns to the Subrecipient Monitoring Manager or Compliance Officer.
Support data analysis related to performance trends, financial patterns, and compliance indicators.
Provide general administrative support to the Subrecipient Monitoring team, including compiling materials, drafting correspondence, and organizing documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree.
Prior experience in non-profit accounting is a plus.
Familiarity with grants management (e.g., Uniform Guidance 2CFR Part 200) is advantageous.
Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Basic knowledge of Sage Intacct preferred.
Effective communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate in both independent and team settings within a dynamic environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple tasks and interactions concurrently.
