MaryLou Rodgers joined Lifetime Financial Growth Company in 2005. As Chief Operating Officer, MaryLou is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the regional firm with particular emphasis in FR contract management.

Prior to joining LFG, MaryLou was the Chief of Staff of the National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC) which is an independent component of the Department of Justice whose mission was to provide strategic drug intelligence to the nation’s senior-level policymakers and to provide investigative support services to law enforcement worldwide. As Chief of Staff, MaryLou served as the Director’s top advisor on strategic, operational, technical and administrative matters overseeing 350+ employees and a $40 million annual budget. MaryLou was responsible for presenting the Agency’s mission and capabilities to the Attorney General of the United States, the Drug Enforcement Administrator, the FBI Director, and high-ranking domestic and foreign officials. Since joining LFG in 2005, she has been instrumental in upgrading all of the firm’s financial systems while providing invaluable contract management information and guidance to our representatives.

MaryLou holds a B.S. Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Fellows Program.

Eric Startare is the Chief Financial Officer of Lifetime Financial Growth, LLC. As CFO, Eric is responsible for providing financial projections and accounting services; preparing growth plans; monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; and establishing finance operational strategies.

Eric brings to LFG ten plus years of experience working with businesses in a wide range of industries (investment advisory, professional services, real estate, construction contracting, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations).

Prior to joining LFG, he was a manager at the Pittsburgh-area certified public accounting firm of Stelmack Dobransky & Eannace, LLC. Eric’s expertise in the areas of financial statement reporting (audited, reviewed and compiled), tax reporting (business and individual), internal controls, and compliance reporting, combined with knowledge of a myriad of business transactions provides LFG with strong financial leadership.

Eric is a graduate of Duquesne University, where he earned his degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Mr. Startare is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
