Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
* Metal Sales Assistant provides a variety of administrative, clerical, and technical support to be facilitate the workflow of the organization and staff within the Sales Department
* Reviews reports and other correspondence and routes them to the appropriate staff member.
* Prepares correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentation documents
* Maintains and updates database information
* Collects and compiles information in response to internal and external requests- sales orders, order status, etc.
* Utilizes a wide range of software/automation equipment to support office functions
* Overtime may be required for this position on occasion.
* Know and maintain traffic functions and guidelines
* Manual sales order entry for Out of House Customers.
* Review purchase orders and ensure pricing is correct and due date is achievable.
* Work closely with scheduling to ensure orders are scheduled so purchase order can ship out on time.
* Complete load sheets and gather necessary paperwork needed for shipping the material.
* Schedule truck for shipping
* Run open order reports regularly for assigned out of house accounts to insure we are shipping on time.
* Use LPDS to request new part number creation, and work with Metals engineering, quality, sales manager to insure all the needed information is populated on required spread sheet so change management can create the part number
Requirements:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read and interpret documents in English.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions, and detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, mathematical, or diagram form.

The Senior Field Reimbursement Manager (US REMOTE) position is a provider / customer facing role responsible for delivering compliant payer coverage, coding and reimbursement information regarding Cepheid on market diagnostics. This role will cross functionally collaborate with sales, marketing and the value and access team to effectively coordinate and engage targeted regional customers. This highly visible role will play a pivotal role supporting commercial customer engagement and responding to customer inquiries.
This position reports to the Senior Director Market Access Americas and is part of the Value and Access team. This position will be a remote position ideally located in the western part of the US and covering the western states in the US.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Provide education to healthcare providers, lab professionals, office staff and financial decision makers on Cepheid diagnostics coverage, coding and reimbursement landscape.
+ Communicate regional and local coverage and reimbursement issues for Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial payers through internal meetings, payer research, and customer meetings.
+ Proactively and reactively navigate and address customer inquiries relating to payer coverage, coding and reimbursement.
+ Support customers with approved resources for denied claims, payer coverage expansion and inadequate reimbursement.
+ Respond to and coordinate with sale colleagues request for virtual / on-site customer business reviews, coverage and reimbursement support.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience.
+ 1+ years market access experience working directly with customers in pharmaceutical, biotech or diagnostics (preferred)
+ Demonstrated knowledge of all payer segments (e.g. Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
+ Demonstrated and presentation skills
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within covered geography and nationally as required
+ Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ 2+ years marketing / sales experience (commercial operations, Sales training, sales, marketing)
+ Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word expertise

Required qualifications:
Must have a valid Utah Class A CDL without a manual restriction
A clean motor vehicle history and a driving record in good standing
Ability to review and verify shipping and transport documentation
Flatbed experience with knowledge of how to properly secure loads using straps, chains and binders
Able to sit for long periods of time
Good customer service and communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and State and DOT officials as needed
Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations, attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Thorough understanding of pre and post trip inspections to maintain safety as a number one priority. Flexible schedule.
