THE ROLE
As we continue our expansion, we're looking for a team member who can share Axiom's story with prospective clients and set up revenue-generating meeting opportunities for the sales team. This is a position for an aspiring sales professional who is excited to jump-start their career as a Business Development Representative. Specifically, this role will be responsible for:
Strategically researching/identifying potential client contacts, generating leads, and uncovering high-value opportunities
Communicating Axiom's business model to potential clients in an impactful way and demonstrating why a meeting with Axiom would be beneficial to their business
Driving business through outbound phone calls, preparing and sending strategic e-mails to prospective clients specific to their business or legal needs
Successfully diagnosing the client's key business needs to ensure a high quality of interaction in the first sales meeting
Supporting Sales in all aspects of the sales cycle, including scheduling follow-up meetings and managing the pipelines of completed meetings to ensure all prospective clients are being contacted throughout the year

An experienced UKG Advanced Scheduler (Retail) Solution Consultant with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our T&O UKG business.
The Work...
The UKG (Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler Consultant for Retail works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG (legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler Consultant for Retail, leads large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion.
Job Responsibilities
+ Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos Workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central) Advanced Scheduler module, specifically as it relates to clients in the retail industry
+ Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support
+ Participates in and contributes to pre-sales and sales strategies
+ Facilitates complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary
+ Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation
+ Analyzes complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way
+ Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients' operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices
+ Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to our consulting base
+ Attends to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billing

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Act as liaison between Transitions, Community Managers, Boards of Directors, and internal departments
Coordinate and attend board meetings, meet and greets, and community introduction events
Facilitate owner onboarding including ACH enrollment and portal setup support
Partner with the assigned Community Manager to ensure alignment and continuity post transition
Provide consistent, professional communication to Boards throughout the onboarding period
Support implementation of Ardoor systems, processes, and service standards
Be onsite at new communities at least four days per week to support transition success
Identify and escalate issues or risks to the Director of Operations as needed
Qualifications
Active CAM license with a minimum of three years of experience
Ability and willingness to travel to all Ardoor portfolio companies
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow through
Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with boards and homeowners
Prior experience in community transitions preferred
Exceptional organizational, reporting, and accountability skills
Confident board facing presence with the ability to manage expectations
Willingness and ability to travel extensively as needed
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned that are consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
Support organizational initiatives and operational needs as required to ensure successful community transitions and overall service delivery.
Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accountability.

JOB SUMMARY:
We're looking for an Account Manager - Trade Shows who shares this vision to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you serve as a bridge between our Sales/Client Partnership Team, Project Management Team, and the client.
In this role, you collaborate with the extended ASTOUND internal Operations team on the execution of individual projects, taking responsibility for ensuring that ASTOUND output adheres to client objectives, meets client deadlines, and achieves ASTOUND high quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Sales/Client Partnership team in leading client accounts/projects
Maintain Client Accounts in conjunction with the Sales/Client Partnership and Project Management team members
Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client's needs are heard, understood, and addressed
Contribute ideas to project teams and regularly make recommendations to client contact and Account Leaders on how to improve a project or program
Participate in new business opportunities as requested (research, preparation for & participation in pitches)
Own master timelines and project plans externally; communicating action items to client stakeholders and monitoring adherence to deadlines
Collaborate with the Project Management Team on internal timelines, communicating and managing changes to clients as necessary
Lead client calls & contribute to internal meetings
Ensure clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and project status/ action items
Collaborate with the Operations Team members where appropriate which includes but is not limited to the following:
Property and graphic inventories
Job process issues
Show site expectations
Quality / expectation
Pricing/billing
Assist in the successful onboarding of operational departments through comprehensive Job launch meetings and ongoing status meetings
Work to ensure all deadlines are met and that assigned clients receive superior ongoing service through delivery
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams
Budget Management
Work with the Estimation team to solidify project budgets in conjunction with Sales/Client Partnership and Project Management team members to provide proposals to clients
Work with Sales Coordinators to invoice client projects assigned in a timely manner
Track and create change orders (in conjunction with the Project Management Team) for all items outside of the original scope of sign-off and invoice to clients as required
Follow up directly with the client, as required, to resolve unpaid invoices & ensure receipt of payment prior to initiating Job Launches
Create, maintain, reconcile, & invoice projects (in conjunction with the Project Management Team) within 45 days of the project end date
Creative Management
Participate actively and manage internal client brainstorming sessions with Sales/Client Partnership Team members by offering ideas for projects
Serve as the conduit between client needs to the creative team and creative ideas to the client
Ensure creative deliverables meet client needs and are completed on time and on budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in Trade Shows & Events
Demonstrated Account Management competencies: client focus, developing others, accountability for results, attention to detail, flexibility, and team effectiveness
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Demonstrate understanding and advocacy for clients' businesses and needs
Understanding of trade show terminology, tools, requirements, and processes.
Strategic thinker, capable of identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Leadership qualities, capable of motivating teams and resolving conflicts.

Role Description

Responsible for supporting Contractors and Assignees throughout the duration of their assignment from on-boarding to off-boarding.
