Prior to founding Proud Moments, Eli began his career in healthcare management as Chief Operating Officer at Devington Technologies, a company that provides Revenue Cycle Management services to medical practices across the healthcare industry. In only two years at Devington, he led the company’s adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) technology, and more than doubled the firm’s revenue. Eli is a dedicated philanthropist in the New York area and abroad, with a special focus on educational and social service programs. He holds a Masters’ degree in Talmudic law from The Rabbinical College of America.
