This leader will spearhead system modernization and automation initiatives, streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy, and align revenue strategies with Lighthouse's financial and operational goals to support long-term growth and sustainability. Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide support, guidance and monitoring to individuals in Residential treatment. Accountable for effective care coordination and communicates effectively and clearly with internal and community treatment teams. Assist with facility management including coordinating and serving meals and housekeeping duties. Participate in clinical treatment activities and ensuring activities comply with the provisions of HIPAA and 42 CFR. Other duties as assigned. Required Experience/Certifications: Minimum high school diploma/ G.E.D Previous experience as a client advocate, PCA, or similar position.
