Lead monthly financial review meetings for all projects within the portfolio. Implement effective risk management strategies that align with company standards and client expectations to minimize exposure and resolve project challenges. Ensure accurate and timely project scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to meet or exceed project goals. Collaborate with the estimating team to aid in the development of competitive, well-structured bids and change orders aligned with project delivery strategies. Participate in the evaluation and selection of delivery methods, subcontractors, vendors, and construction partners to optimize project outcomes. Facilitate regular project review meetings, including financial performance, schedule status, risk analysis, and staffing alignment.
