The hard working employees that provide direct services to consumers are amazing while working in a toxic and micromanaged department.

Cons of working at Lighthouse Guild

The toxic middle and upper management. The leaders were changed for bosses that lack the knowledge on what it takes to work hands on with consumers. The finger pointing but never accepting accountability. And so much more.
