Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and system logs. Adhere to GMPs, OSHA protocols, and company safety policies. Monitor and maintain chemical levels in accordance with operational standards. Team Support & Inventory Management Train junior mechanics and operators on proper equipment handling. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate reorders with purchasing. Prioritize and complete assigned work orders based on urgency and production impact. Skills & Requirements CIRO Certified (Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator). Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. 10-15 years of experience with ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, and boiler systems. Strong Spanish Speaking Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software (e.g., MaintainX). Ability to read schematics and utilize diagnostic tools. Knowledge of NFPA 70E safety standards. Dependable, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications in CIRO or industrial maintenance preferred. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in manufacturing maintenance, with at least 10 years focused on ammonia systems. Spanish and English Speaking Other: Valid driver's license; ability to travel if required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
