**Responsibilities:**
As an Automation Engineer you will provide automation design and oversight to the delivery of Lilly's new Lebanon LP2 facility. Collaborate with system integrators to deliver all aspects of Automation. Support key corporate initiatives such as life cycle management, Engineering information management, and cyber security. Drive automation governance and replication Tier 1 equipment, architecture, and Automation/IT systems and solutions.

Automation Design
+ Design and implement Automation Strategies that allow the operators to interact and manipulate the process in compliance with cGMP batch manufacturing requirements.
+ Generate/Update Design SDLC documentation.
Automation/Control Discipline
+ Partner with colleagues to properly support and enhance the Automated Systems and Equipment including the adjustments on PID Control Parameters.
+ Perform solution assessment and performance reviews and verified the proper and efficient operation of the automated systems.
+ Partner with colleagues to support the discipline through solution assessment, replication, and development.
+ Manage tools, and implement engineering standards, master specifications and best practices.
+ Provide technical coaching and consultation to other Lilly engineers and facilitate shared learning forums.
+ Support Projects and the integration of new equipment/technologies to the manufacturing workflow.
+ Support Automated System Commissioning and Qualifications.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Deliver disclosure packages to members via eSign or mail, based on their communication preferences.
Order and track required third-party reports such as appraisals, title, flood certifications, tax transcripts, and employment verifications.
Review borrower documentation for completeness and alignment with AUS findings; request and collect any outstanding items.
Process home equity applications from approval to closing, including communication with members, delivering required documents, and clearing pre-closing conditions.
Monitor and review title and property condition reports, escalating any issues to underwriting as needed.
Ensure timely submission of loan files to underwriting; update the LOS with verified information and clear conditions as received.
Manage government loan files, including coordination with lenders, tracking conditions, and providing updates to borrowers, MLOs, and agents.
Track key milestones such as underwriting timelines, financing contingencies, closing dates, and rate lock expirations; communicate proactively with MLOs.
Prepare and issue revised Loan Estimates in compliance with TRID for any changes in circumstance.
Communicate approvals to all relevant parties and conduct pre-funding audits, including verbal employment verifications.
Support the closing process and ensure confidentiality of all borrowers and loan information.

Review all Railcar monthly payments for accuracy and reporting to USALCO finance team.
Track railcars daily and work with 3PL and rail providers to troubleshoot any issues delaying shipments.
Develop and execute cost savings opportunities.
Oversee the complete operational needs of Transloading facilities within USALCO network. Manage the transloading contracts under your scope of responsibility.
Perform audits at existing & future facilities to ensure they meet all of USALCOs safety & quality requirements.
Manage transloaders to make sure that they meet 90% or higher customer On Time to Request (OTTR) and holding all Transloading facilities accountable to meet a 98% or higher On Time to First promise (OTTFP) delivery performance
Measure and report out monthly financial & kpi performance for the facilities in your scope.

Work with Commercial, Legal and Supply Chain teams to develop new transloading and customer contracts.
