Lyons is a proven technology executive with an extraordinary track record of successfully scaling businesses and creating enterprise value through strategic revitalization, improved profitability, and revenue growth. At Alert Logic, he led the company through a multi-year strategic reposition that resulted in becoming a global leader in cybersecurity, specifically in managed threat detection and response. Prior to Alert Logic, Lyons held executive positions at Connexions Loyalty/Affinion Group, Ascend Learning, and Stream Global Services.

Dan was named Chief Financial Officer in 2020 and oversees all finance functions for Limelight Networks worldwide including accounting and controllership, treasury, tax, and internal audit. Dan joined Limelight in May of 2013 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. His responsibilities included management of billing, collections, treasury, payroll, tax and compliance with SEC and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Dan gained additional experience as senior manager of SEC and technical accounts at Republic Services and held increasing levels of supervisory experience as a senior manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Christine Cross joined Limelight Networks in June 2020 as SVP, Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Christine is responsible for all aspects of Limelight’s marketing strategy and execution, including product management, demand generation, branding, strategic events and communications. She has 25 years of experience across marketing, product, sales and operations. Prior to Limelight, Christine was with GoDaddy for nearly 10 years serving in a variety of roles including VP of Global Customer Development and Marketing. In this role, Christine and her team were responsible for all elements of customer marketing GoDaddy's 18M+ customers. Christine holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. in Business/Marketing from Wartburg College.

Mike DiSanto joined Limelight as Chief Administrative and Legal Officer and Secretary in April 2015. He has more than 17 years of experience representing publicly traded and venture backed technology companies, as well as the institutions and individuals that finance them. Prior to joining Limelight, Mike was the anchor partner for the Silicon Valley office of Bingham McCutchen LLP, a global law firm, where he led some of the firm's most significant west coast technology deals. Prior to Bingham, Mike was a partner at the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where he served as vice chair of the Corporate Department and chair of the M&A and Venture Capital practice groups. Mike also served as the Chief Legal Officer of Maker Studios, a leading digital media company acquired by The Walt Disney Company in 2014. He led the legal team advising Maker on that transaction. Mike received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
