Benefits are good. Healthy snacks are provided free 3 days per week. LGBTQ friendly.

Cons of working at LINAK U.S.

There is a glass ceiling for anyone who is not a white male. ALL positions above middle management are held by white males. Human Resources has no career path guidance. Salaried employees clock in and out and are tracked hourly.
