I enjoy helping others, and have some decent flexibility when it comes to scheduling time off.
Terrible management from the top all the way down to the center level.
Good medical benefits albeit expensive, and generous vacation time.
Unfortunately there's nothing positive I can say.
Promoting work-life balance, providing a structure of incentive based performance rather than one out of fear and stress the importance of analyzing and executing business decisions while keeping the bigger picture in mind and not just the numbers displayed on a spreadsheet to the upper management.
Arrived on time in formal dress wear. Read through commonly asked interview questions online and prepared responses ahead of time.
Slightly below average
It's adequate.
I enjoy helping our patients/clients and facilitating their healthcare journey.
I get to work from home
Extremely low pay, no overtime, no bonus
Spending time with my kids
Nothing there is no leadership
Raise the wages
Didn't have to prepare. Was relatively basic, questions and answers
Lincare is below average
Nothing
What brings me the most joy is clocking out at the end of the day
Helping patients
You don’t get paid for what you do and have to deal with on a daily basis management does not care about anything other than get the work done. The new CEO has made so many changes that now overtime and everything else has completely changed. It makes it not worth working for the company
There are no pros to working here. The reason I do it because I get to drive by myself.
Absolutely nothing they’re terrible. They do not care about the employees. They only care about lining their pockets and making as much money for a parent group Linde that makes over $120 billion a year with operating costs of $5 billion and they could care less about how the economy has changed in. Their employees are struggling because they are rich and don’t have to worry about it.
Pay the employees what they’re actually worth the drivers are, who run this company without the drivers you would have nobody to deliver anything, but that doesn’t clearly occur to them
Didn’t need to prepare for the interview. I have been in the industry for long enough to know what the job is about just worked at better places that unfortunately lincare has bought out so they have no competition.
Terrible they don’t value quality employees they take quantity and have a very high turnover
Nothing to say
Patients that are actually happy to see me
