Service Education Delivery Specialist
As part of our Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Education Delivery team, you will provide a great training and education experience to our students, so they are qualified to perform their service-related activities with the appropriate knowledge, skills and confidence. Your students will include our Field Service Engineers, hospital staff and biomedical engineers that support our HPM systems in the hospital setting.
Your role:
Delivering training courses to our HPM worldwide employee and customer audience on our campus, at off campus locations, in the field, and other campuses in North America and other parts of the world.
Your focus is technical training on Patient Monitoring solutions and related services, and topics (such as networking). Your role can include training for other audiences (e.g. clinical, project managers, implementation teams.)
Developing training materials in cooperation with Instructional Designers and other team members (e.g., student lab assignments, e-learning, webinars, virtual classrooms, instructor lead training) using the most effective and engaging technologies to ensure learning and knowledge transfer to our students.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 2+ years of experience in previous technical training/formal training experience and networking experience preferred.
Your skills include hospital network knowledge, troubleshooting skills and the following: IP subnetting, VLAN, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switching, Firewall, Wi-Fi Basics (CCNA certification is preferred and will be required to attain the certification within 4 months of starting if not already completed.) Proficiency with Microsoft Word processing, Microsoft PowerPoint presentation software and graphics creation programs such as Visio.
You have a bachelor's degree in electronics, informatics, computer science, biomedical engineering or a similar field, technical school or equivalent experience.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You're able to travel 60-80% of the time and this may include international travel.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $83,363 to $133,380.
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $87,750 to $140,400.
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $92,138 to $147,420.
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $98,280 to $157,248.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. SUMMARY:
The Medical Equipment Technician is responsible for timely, efficient, courteous and service-oriented delivery and assembly (when appropriate) of medical equipment and supplies. When making deliveries, this role educates the patient and/or caregiver on use, maintenance and benefits of the equipment. In addition, the Medical Equipment Technician completes a variety of related warehouse and inventory tasks, as well as reports and other required documentation, and may be cross-trained for coverage in the office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Delivers medical equipment and supplies, educates the patient and/or caregiver on use, maintenance and benefits, and completes all required paperwork.
Maintains compliance logs and applicable records and receipts per policy and procedure.
Understands and complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, HIPAA, Joint Commission, FDA, OSHA, ORCB, state Pharmacy Boards, state Respiratory Boards, state Departments of Transportation, all infection control guidelines and all laws pertaining to oxygen transfilling. The Medical Equipment Technician is expected to report any and all compliance or safety issues to the manager.
Responsible for afterhours coverage with other Medical Equipment Technicians.
Supports and participates in the training of new Medical Equipment Technicians as requested by the manager.
Identifies patient needs and/or revenue opportunities while engaged with patients and conveys them to the Customer Service Representatives for follow-up.
Supports vehicle maintenance by unloading and cleaning vehicle daily. Completes daily and quarterly maintenance manifests as required by policy and procedure.
Maintains warehouse, inventory levels and equipment cleanliness and repair according to policy and procedure and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned by the branch office manager.
If the associate has the appropriate clinical licensure (LPN, RN, or RT), occasionally performing delivery and/or providing instruction/troubleshooting for respiratory equipment, such as non-invasive ventilation, may be required during the normal course of business, as coverage for other DASCO clinicians, and/or coverage after-hours. At 90-days and during the Annual Review, a clinical competency will be completed by a member of the Clinical Management team.
Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Residential delivery driver experience
Customer Service experience in a medical/insurance/healthcare setting
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver's license with a qualified driving record as determined by DASCO's auto insurance carrier review.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The Medical Equipment Technician also spends time in an office environment, warehouse setting, clinical (i.e., hospital) environment, and in outdoor weather conditions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Makes contact with patient with estimated time of delivery.
Review daily orders/deliveries and communicates with dispatch regarding necessary changes. Unless directed by dispatch, follows numerical delivery route. Dispatch must be notified of any route changes immediately.
Completes, maintains and signs the drivers log on a daily basis.
Logs in and updates driver management system as day progresses.
Responds to emergency calls and new patient orders to deliver equipment as needed during regular business hours and during on-call rotation as defined by respective leadership.
Complete and turn in all paperwork at the end of each workday.
Notify manager if you suspect physical abuse, an unsafe home environment or unsanitary conditions while making a delivery.
Follows the Medial Equipment Technician Work Instructions (DTWI001).
Completes warehouse duties during slow periods.
Cleans equipment as needed.
Regular onsite attendance and punctuality.
Responsible for delivery in all of Hart's delivery area, not just home location.
Wears Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

The Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state. The Delivery Driver is responsible for driving the safest and most efficient routes, adhere to a delivery schedule, maintain control over the vehicles' inventory as listed on the manifest, provide exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and follow all state laws and regulations governing cannabis delivery. Cannabis is a heavily regulated industry; therefore, all employees are required to follow safety laws and compliance regulations.
Essential Functions
Execute all deliveries on time and communicate any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary
Efficiently load and unload product from the delivery vehicles
Verify items and quantities for delivery
Support order fulfillment or other duties in the event of not being required to deliver
Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to complete routine maintenance tasks (changing tires, check and add fluids, etc.)
Develop positive customer relationships with dispensaries
Communicate with order fulfillment and sales department to resolve delivery related issues

Safety & Compliance
