A fully trained Border Patrol Agent may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GL-5, GL-7, GL-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.

Job Description
This position is to support the expansion of the Global Internal Audit Team in conducting SOX readiness, control assurance, control remediation and operational audit projects. It's a critical role in driving US SOX readiness and making impacts in the organization.
Key Responsibility:
Lead key business SOX process and control end-to-end design and testing.
Engage with Internal Audit management in managing the SOX project plan, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all stages of the SOX program.
Improve the design of the processes to help scale the company
Perform scoping and materiality assessment to identify significant accounts and key controls, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Qualifications

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide assessment and psychotherapy of adults, adolescents, children and/or families in a brief therapy model.
Conduct intake evaluations.

Child/Family Team: Perform psychological evaluations of children, adolescents and families.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Provide services to patients needing more intensive treatment for stabilization, in a stepped-down treatment program for patients recently discharged from inpatient psychiatric unit.
Behavioral Medicine: Provide services to patients whose presenting problem is related to the treatment of a physical problem or psychological issues arising from a medical condition.
Provide services to patients who are experiencing emotional or stress-related problems concurrent to receiving treatment for a medical diagnosis or physical symptom.
Chronic Pain Management: Provide services to patients who experience chronic pain, including teaching them pain management skills such as pacing, medication management, staying active, relaxation techniques and positive thinking.
Chemical Dependency: Provide services to patients who are in the contemplation phase, the early stages of their recovery, and patients with longer-term sobriety.
Provide separate and conjoint treatments for family members.
Eating Disorders: Provide services to adults, children, teens, and families who have a diagnosis of an eating disorder.

Clark Pacific is seeking Engineering Interns to support our West Sacramento, Woodland, and Ontario locations.
Overview of the position:
The Internship for Engineering is a positive and inquisitive person that will assist in the responsibilities related to the design, fabrication, and installation of architectural and structural building systems. Working as part of an integrated team within a specific business unit, they learn how to apply engineering, project management, problem solving, and communication skills across all levels and disciplines within the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
Learn and assist with initial activities pertaining to the Design Phase, including, but not limited to, submittal drawings, design approvals, reinforcement drawings, and miscellaneous metal drawings.
Learn and assist with manufacturing-related activities pertaining to the Production Phase, including, but not limited to assisting with shop drawings, how to ensure purchase of all required materials, maintaining a casting schedule and performing quality checks.
Learn and assist with field-related activities pertaining to the Erection Phase, including, but not limited to preparing crane studies, rigging diagrams, coordinating shipping and field manpower requirements while ensuring erection quality and performance to plan and budget.
Learn and assist with general project management duties, including, but not limited to issue identification and resolution, coordinating requested procedure submittals, escalating issues as necessary, and monitoring contract specifications, budget, and time commitments.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
Enrolled in BS in Civil Engineering, BS in Mechanical Engineering, and Construction Management degree programs.
Junior and Senior
Grad Dates: 2025, 2026, or 2027
3.0 GPA or Above
Interest in Engineering and Construction Management is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related field (in progress is acceptable) is preferred.
