Department: Advancement & Innovation - Operations Reports to: Manager, A&I Operations - Gifts Works closely with: Manager, A&I Operations - Data, and A&I Ops Associate

About the Role
The A&I Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the fundraising infrastructure at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Reporting to the A&I Operations Manager, this position bridges data integrity, donor stewardship, financial reconciliation, and team coordination. Working across the Operations team, the Coordinator ensures that information flows seamlessly through our CRM system, contributes to donor recognition efforts, and keeps back-end systems running smoothly.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong Tessitura experience, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
Gift Entry & Financial Reconciliation
Support gift entry workflows and documentation for incoming contributions
Partner with the Finance team and Fundraisers to regularly reconcile donor pledges, contributions, and plans.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial records in Tessitura
Data Management & CRM Operations
Assist with regular data entry and hygiene initiatives in Tessitura, coordinating with the Manager, A&I Ops to scope and execute project-based data clean-up
Execute complex List Manager and segmentation reports in Tessitura, customizing outputs to meet fundraiser needs and preferences.
Coordinate NCOA updates with the Manager, A&I Ops and IT to maintain clean donor address records
Donor Recognition & External Communications
Working closely with the A&I Operations Associate, assist with coordinating donor crediting for public-facing materials-including program books, website listings, signage, event materials, and digital content-ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Department and Fundraisers
Administrative & Team Support
Manage internal expense reconciliation and reimbursement submissions for fundraising staff
Collaborate with the Manager, A&I Operations, our external vendor, and internal Finance and Legal teams to maintain annual state charitable registration compliance for solicitations nationwide.
Serve as a liaison to fundraising teams, offering cross-functional support as needed
Schedule and facilitate key team meetings, including agendas, note-taking, and follow-up
Provide general operations support for major fundraising events, including Lincoln Center's annual galas and stewardship activities
Update and keep our internal A&I microsite up-to-date on SharePoint
Assist with special projects such as archiving key donor documentation

1-2 years of Tessitura CRM experience (including List Manager, Output Sets, and Segmentations)
High level of comfort with data manipulation and fundraising logic

Security Officer Department: Security Role Overview: Lincoln Center is a sixteen-acre campus open to the public and operational on a 24x7, 365-day basis. The Security team is responsible for maintaining the safety of all the public, patrons, and employees in public areas of the campus, including select indoor venues and events. Security Officers are scheduled to work 8-hour shifts and may work at any time of the day or night, and any day within the week.
The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and may be of Regular or Temporary status as business needs dictate. Weekend work is a requirement. Voluntary overtime is available, with occasional mandatory overtime to support operational needs.
The position is a union-represented role and employees are required to join the Local 32BJ union within 30 days of employment. Employees are eligible for benefits following 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
Protect Lincoln Center staff, patrons, community, and campus property
Prevent, escort and/or apprehend trespassers and persons who violate the rules and regulations of the Lincoln Center campus and/or buildings
Secure and survey assigned Post at the beginning of, throughout and end of tour
Clearly communicate vital information and intelligence within, LCPA departments and across the LCPA campus to promote collaboration and coordination on events/incidents
Attend Daily Roll Calls and keep abreast of campus updates, maintain a professional appearance, and always carry required equipment
Properly perform assigned duties
Be responsible for the set-up and use of the Evolv Technology, when needed
Report Suspicious incidences to management in detail
Be able to operate a handheld radio
Central Security Desk
Assist CSD Supervisors in the maintaining all technology located in the LCPA Central Security Desk room (Including, but not limited to: Genetec VMS, Alert Media, Public address system, electronic information board, video feed to ATH and DGH stages)
Ensure that CSD maintains the Genetec VMS system and all cameras
Ensure that all calls for service to our contracted Securitas Integrator are completed within contract guidelines and brought to the attention of Security
Qualifications:
Current New York State Security License required (8 and 16 Hour Certificates)
Valid NYS Security Guard License.• Valid F-04 Fire Guard License (LC will Give 60 days to obtain)
Valid S60 Watch Person at Construction sites (LC will give 60 days to obtain)
AED and CPR certification. (LC will give 60 days to obtain)

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA) serves three primary roles: it is the world's leading presenter of superb artistic programming, is a national leader in arts education and community relations, and functions as the manager of the Lincoln Center campus, which is home to 11 separate resident organizations. LCPA presents over 350 performances annually throughout our different performance series.
In addition, LCPA supports an array of programs for Lincoln Center Education including its community and family programming. Further, LCPA supports initiatives related to events at the David Rubenstein Atrium, LC Kids, as well as numerous key institutional initiatives and projects.
Lincoln Center is a sixteen-acre campus open to the public and operational on a 24x7, 365-day basis. Utility Porters are scheduled to work 8 hour shifts and may work at any time of the day or night, and any day within the week. Specific responsibilities include:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preform general cleaning activities in indoors and outdoor public spaces, surfaces, and walls
Buffing and polishing of floors, shampooing carpets, and power washing
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and office spaces
Replenish supplies in restrooms, and ensure that any low stock situations within the inventory are communicated
Removes trash by emptying trash containers; transporting trash to disposal area and replacing trash liners
Move heavy furniture, set up and break down of tables and chairs
Operate commercial floor cleaning equipment
SEASONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Shovel snow with hand shovel (during winter season)
Operate snow remove equipment
Lift and place carpets on floors during rain
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand on feet for extended periods of time during shift

Engineering and Sustainability Senior Manager Role Overview: Reporting to the Director, Engineering and Facilities Operations, this position directs and coordinates activities of the engineering department and contract services to operate and maintain all plant and related facility, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems ensuring the highest level of efficiency and reliability. This position also is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, initiatives and programs that ensure Lincoln Center, and the Performing Arts and constituents meet their sustainability-related goals and commitments.
Operational Responsibilities:
Direct activities in preventative maintenance, operation, and upgrades of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety and vertical circulation systems to maximize the provision of these services in an efficient, cost-effective and code compliant manner.
Direct labor assignments and scheduling of engineers and mechanics including the oversight of payroll management.
Establish and monitor bench-marking criteria and performance standards to provide the appropriate level of engineering services and staffing.
Monitor contract services within areas of purview to ensure conformance to scope, schedule, budget and quality of service delivery.
Lead and direct large complex capital projects of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring quality of work and adherence to scheduling, quality and budget demands.
Support the Director of Engineering and Facilities Operations with forecasting operating costs of engineering department expenses, preparation of fiscal budget requests as well as constituent billing practices.
Employee Development - Work with the People Support Team and the Associate Director of Fire and Safety Operations to develop and maintain departmental employee training opportunities and sustainability guidelines for operators, engineers, trade, and porter teams.
Assist with the operation and maintenance of the Central Mechanical Plant. Provide support and oversight for the Rose Building Mechanical Plant, all pertinent mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems in David Geffen Hall; Alice Tully Hall and the Rose Building utilities management and distribution; utilities procurement and monitoring support; campus vertical transportation contract maintenance; code compliance.
Works with and oversees design consultants, engineers, contractors on feasibility studies, design and implementation efforts, and construction projects.
Reviews and evaluates Building Management Systems and equipment performance through field inspections, data analysis, etc. Presents on and makes recommendations around issues with system performance and measures to optimize such performance.
Energy and Sustainability Responsibilities:
Influence and inspire leadership toward achieving LCPA's sustainability and resilience goals, consistent with LCPA's mission and vision statements.
Provide leadership and expertise for sustainability, monitoring emerging trends, programs, and issues, and communicating and educating others on sustainability topics.
Develop the metrics for tracking LCPA carbon footprint and facilitate the implementation of programs to reduce LCPA carbon footprint.
Develops and manages energy projects with the goal of improving efficiency and reducing overall carbon footprint.
Maintains up to date knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and institutional goals with respect to energy and sustainability.
Manages, tracks and reports on progress made with respect to NYC local law and regulatory compliance, including lighting system upgrades, energy audits, and retro-commissioning.
Supports the Director of Engineering and Facility Operations with a master planning effort for long-term campus energy goals and capital planning around the NYC Local Law 97.
Qualifications (Required):
8+ years' experience in management and operation of major mechanical electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems and/or 5+ years in Energy Sustainability management role.
Advanced understanding of the principles of sustainable design, building science, environmental analysis, energy modeling, carbon neutrality, zero carbon, and embodied carbon.
Extensive knowledge and experience in managing building operations of large and complex facilities, steam and chilled water plants, fire-alarm, and life safety systems.
Strong written, oral and presentation skills
Self-starter with demonstrated leadership, responsiveness, and accountability.
High proficiency computer skills; including knowledge of BMS computer-based systems and software applicable to physical plant operations, MS Project, AutoCAD Design software, proficient in MS Office Suite
Flexibility with work hours sometimes including early morning/late night or weekend hours.
Training/Skills Experience (Preferred):
A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, architecture, applied science, environmental science, or related field.
Relevant Certification within the Engineering or Energy field such as Certified Energy Manager, Professional Engineer, Certified Building Energy Auditor, etc. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) a plus.
Demonstrated managerial skills - experience with contract and unionized labor.
Hands-on experience and knowledge of building automation systems, sequence of operations, lighting controls, and energy management systems.

Understanding of building energy systems and energy efficiency technologies.
Knowledge of energy savings calculations and emissions calculation methodologies.

Department: Campus Relations - Performance and Campus Operations
Role Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director of Campus Relations, the Project Manager, Campus Relations is responsible for the day-to-day management of capital project activity and the ongoing impact on campus operations, events, and activities. This work will consist of collaborating with various Lincoln Center departments, trade groups, and contractors. This position plays a vital role of the ongoing success of Lincoln Center and its resident arts organizations.
What you'll get to do here:
Daily oversight of projects including large and small capital construction projects, major maintenance, and other campus activities.
Create and manage project schedules, including Gantt charts for both internal use and organizational dissemination.
Coordinate and plan project schedules around campus performances and other activity in order to reduce project impacts- including scheduling of demolition and other noisy work, deliveries, overnight work, and any other project activity that requires scheduling around events, etc.
Drive and support prompt decision-making and design selections to ensure adherence to project schedules
Create project briefing decks and summaries in order to communicate project details
Communicate project updates with stake holders, including LCPA leadership and leads from resident arts organizations.
Daily check-ins with construction managers and site supervisors
Setting up, greeting, notetaking and otherwise managing site walk throughs and site visits
Interface between construction project and Lincoln Center Security to ensure proper access and schedule coordination is maintained
Track project expenses against approved budgets and communicate budget updates accordingly
Coordination of Campus Operations activity that overlap with construction, including snow removal, plaza cleaning, and loading dock activities.
Facility/engineering coordination including utility shutdowns and other adjustments as needed and staff engineer and utility staff overtime as required by the project
For certain projects, oversee reopening of the buildings/venues in collaboration with stakeholders:
Furniture & equipment installation
Implementation of cleaning/maintenance plans
Staff training
Contractor hand off transition (return of shanty and loading areas)
Restoration of public areas previously occupied by construction
Other project related duties as assigned.
You'll be a fit if you bring:
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience in project management preferred or equivalent years of related experience required.
At least one year of Event or Operations experience in a large, highly matrixed organization (preferably a non-profit)
Experience utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) for creating Gantt charts and managing timelines.
