DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Samaritan Pharmacy-Lincoln City is a community pharmacy located next to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital. The pharmacy is open to any member of the public. The primary role of this pharmacy is to dispense community patient prescriptions. They also offer immunizations, medication management services, and discharge medications to bedside. The pharmacy is staffed by experienced pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who are dedicated to patient care.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) of the following required:
Current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License.
Currently enrolled first year PharmD student in good standing with an accredited pharmacy school and current unencumbered Oregon Board of Pharmacy Intern license.
Successful completion of Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred.

Responsibilities:
Check each resident routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes.
Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the resident's daily care routine have been made on the care plan.
Inform the Nurse Supervisor of any changes in the resident's condition so that appropriate information can be entered on the resident's care plan.
Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and transporting residents to/from appointments.
Create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and a calm and cheerful environment.
Ensure that resident's rooms are ready for receiving and make residents comfortable.
Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies.
Qualifications:
Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
Must have completed Nursing Assistant class and be in the process of obtaining Certification.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Effectively communicate necessary resident information to Charge Nurses, Director of Nursing and/or Administrator.
Must have an active CPR/BLS certification

Meridian Assistant Floor Restaurant Manager
Key Accountabilities:
· Assist in overseeing service to ensure that servers and front-of-house team members have adequate knowledge of the menu, products, and purveyors and properly execute the presentation vision.
· Curating and delivering the highest level of service through a well-trained and managed service team.
· Be available at peak dinner times for guest and team member inquiries.
· Regularly collaborate with the Meridian Restaurant Manager and other stakeholders to create, improve, and deliver a seamless guest experience to all Meridian-Headlands guests.
· Assist in overseeing the bar operation.
· Always maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
· Assists with the successful execution of special events and banquet service.
· Effectively lead the restaurant FOH team to deliver on our brand promise.
· Champion culture for the Meridian team, fostering an environment of accountability, learning, and fun!

Requirements
You own this if you have…
· 2+ years of manager experience in a full-service luxury restaurant -hotel?environment experience preferred.
· State certified food Handlers and/or Serve Safe certified.
· Demonstrated experience and capability in the areas of staff management and food control.
· Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
· work flexible hours as required including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.
