Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 3-5 years' graphic design/production experience in a Macintosh & Windows environment
Functional knowledge of the following software programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks
Knowledge of multimedia and HTML and web design
Microsoft Office with proficiency in PowerPoint; Microsoft XP, and Macintosh X+ platforms
Able to work effectively with internal sales and external vendors, including printers and press checks
Responsibilites
Works with agencies to ensure synergistic designs and colors.
Creates brochures, sell sheets, direct mail, internal and external sales materials, and promotional items.
Ensures consistent and superior look and feel of all brands on all collateral.
Works with Directors and Creative Team to establish creative direction of all projects.
Produces all collateral material, including material reprints, in a timely manner.
Provides in-house graphic design support.
Proofs all material prior to production, including TV edits, collateral changes, etc.
Provides creative/art direction.
Ensures the production of new graphics, when needed, for Corporate Exhibit Booth.
Works as part of a team in prioritizing workload and in negotiating time lines for completion of work.

Electro-mechanical fabrication of various test and production hardware items
Arrange for the prototype and production fabrication of items, to include specifying components and materials, kitting parts, and tracking inventories
Mix and apply a variety of chemical encapsulation compounds and coatings and apply them to electronics units and electrical housings
Make recommendations to engineers and other technicians regarding the producibility of these items and the best practices to be followed
Participate in the integration, testing, and evaluation of the fabricated items into the final system
Assist in laboratory and field testing required for evaluating the system's performance
Prepares oral and written test reports, design evaluation reports, and review the work products of other technicians
Interpret data and information and explain the meaning of the results to engineers and technicians, indicating behavior characteristics and conclusions based upon data evaluation
What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?
This position will require the following skillsets and experience:
Must be able to obtain a clearance through the DoD security background investigation process
Pass drug and alcohol testing
Must have good mechanical skills and experience
High standard of quality and efficiency
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of shop mathematics to include Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Must be a team player, able to multitask and prioritize accordingly
Basic PC knowledge (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be able to work in a physical capacity, lifting and moving heavy object
Must be a US Citizen
Must have a valid drivers license and be able to obtain a government drivers license
High School diploma required, College degree not required but beneficial

What will you be doing?

Client-server support for COTS applications including some SQL database administration.
Server engineering including patch and configuration management for Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
Will supply project management for system integrations and upgrades to include customer updates and reports.
Senior IT staff will supply management of the organization's virtual server assets via proper VMware vSphere administration including VM resource and snapshot management.
What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?
This position will require the following skillsets and experience:
IT project management experience, 5 plus years.
Network engineering experience, 5 plus years.
Considerable experience administering Windows operating systems both desktop and server.
Experience in manufacturing IT environments is a plus.
Proven skills in technical writing, presentation, and communication.
Detail oriented, works well in team environment, can multi-task within a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities.
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is preferred.
