Pros of working at Lincoln Financial Group

Benefits were good. Most immediate managers cared and were decent to work with. Coworkers were great.

Cons of working at Lincoln Financial Group

Senior leadership was terrible, and it sounds like it still is. Everything is micromanaged to wildly unnecessary levels. They didn't think anyone working under them was an adult and treated them as such. The workloads were high, and senior leadership made it worse by constantly cutting positions. You will have no support for burnout, other than maybe some coworkers who feel the same way.
