What you need to know
* Provide operational oversight for all Digital Workplace technologies, tools and support functions to provide a stable, reliable and productive platform for AIG employees and third-party staff in the Americas region.
* Digital Workplace technologies, tools and support functions include physical and virtual endpoints, M365, video conference systems, Digital Experience tools and DEX score objectives, mobile devices, help desk and field services management, print management and any new technologies owned by Digital Workplace
* Establish and maintain positive engagement and communications with key stakeholders in the AIG business and other technology and support functions such as real estate, network/voice, and business applications.
* Collaborate closely with Executive Support teams to ensure exceptional IT services are delivered to company executives.
* Maintain on-call availability to oversee and drive support teams to diagnose and resolve Major Incidents impacting the Digital Workplace environment.
* Implement strategies for exceptional Tech Bar/walk-up support and oversee service quality.
* Drive high-quality service delivery from third-party partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs and continuous improvement of the employee experience. Act as single point of contact for key Americas third-party partners overseeing onboarding, approvals, contracts and escalations.
* Advocate strong adherence to AIG change, incident and problem management principles to proactively prevent incidents and streamline the resolution of outages or disruptions.
* Ensure all operational practices conform to enterprise risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including audits and data protection standards.
* Work in close coordination with Digital Workplace engineering teams to align on incident trends, escalations, and roadmap enhancements.
* Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved user experience.
What you'll need to succeed
* 7-10 years in IT operations or digital workplace environments, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of core Digital Workplace technologies, with particular focus on Microsoft 365, GenAI capabilities, VDI, meeting room platforms, mobility management and end-user computing tools including laptops, desktops, and video conferencing systems.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and collaborating with third-party service providers in a multi-vendor environment to provide a positive employee experience.
* A strong track record of ensuring operational readiness and stability during various technology migrations and refresh efforts, software / OS upgrades and the introduction of new technologies
* Experience leveraging the Nexthink DEX system to improve employee experience is beneficial, along with familiarity of XLAs.
* Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey technical issues to non-technical audiences and various layers of the organization.
* Exhibit strong influencing skills
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, including engineering, support, and business stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors including contract management, relationships management, and service quality management.
* Experience working in environments with incident management processes, preferably with exposure to ITIL framework.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced, dynamic workplace.
* Experience in the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment is a plus.

Under limited direction, underwrites complex standard and non-standard products, new and renewals. Determines how pricing should be modified based on loss experience and is able to evaluate complex exposures.
The role will be responsible for underwriting the Workers' Compensation, General Liability and Auto Liability primary Casualty product lines.
Communicate risk appetite and AIGRM Value Proposition to brokers.
Evaluates risk and gives approval or declination for quotes.
Reviews new distribution opportunities, identifies new business relationships, manages pipeline of opportunities and collaborates with region to ensure new opportunities are explored and pursued.
Reviews the more difficult accounts and ensures that they are issued accurately and in a timely fashion.
Assists in the training and development of Associate Underwriters and Underwriting Analysts while providing mentorship.
Has the knowledge and ability to explain the rationale behind the underwriting decisions made on an account.
Generates new business and provides underwriting guidance and appropriate rates for alternate plans at time of renewal.
Makes independent sales calls to market and cross-market products.
Refers declined business to other AIG divisions, as appropriate.
Identifies cross-selling opportunities.
Travels to broker/client meetings to serve as the AIGRM product expert and to identify cross selling opportunities.
Perform special requests for clients, which may include task such as business plan changes, or analyzing new agreements.
What you'll need to succeed

Job Summary
This role is instrumental in supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced, collaborative financial planning office. As a member of our operations team, you'll assist advisors and analysts with trading, account servicing, and operational tasks, while contributing to a multi-year project to transition to a new trading platform. You'll be a key player in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across client accounts and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Trading & Account Services
* Execute, monitor, and verify trades; serve as backup trader and sole trader on designated days
* Process client money wires, money movements, and investment applications
* Ensure previous day's trades executed properly; research discrepancies and notify team leads
* Maintain records of executed trades in shared systems for tracking and compliance
* Answer trade-related questions from Case Analysis, Case Managers, and Client Service Coordinators
* Assist with purchasing CDs and submitting annuity applications
* Help prepare for and execute rebalances (pre-, during, and post-process)
* Submit alternate investment paperwork and track outstanding cases
* Run reports in Vestmark and Thompson for advisors, analysts, and operations
* Support the setup of Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) and entity accounts (businesses, trusts, etc.)
* Review and process forms including beneficiary forms, POAs, new business, and client onboarding documents
* Coordinate with third-party insurance companies to submit and follow up on applications
* Monitor and respond to communications from the home office regarding client accounts; collaborate with internal and external contacts to research and resolve client-related cases, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
* Track and manage transfer tasks weekly; ensure timely updates and resolution
* Assist with Holist plan data entry and reporting
* Collaborate with advisors and operations team on research requests (e.g., trust documents, third-party inquiries)

* Participate in the firm's transition to a new trading platform over the next 12-24 months

Qualifications

Our internship program mimics our full-time Financial Representative career, allowing you to:
Learn how to prospect and network to build your business and client base
Develop and execute on a business strategy

Gain exposure to proprietary planning software platforms
Engage in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings
Receive Risk Product State Licensing: Life, Accident, and Health

As a Northwestern Mutual College Financial Representative, you can expect a flexible schedule to work around your life and your classes. With the option to participate in our internship program year-round, you can continue to grow your practice and obtain support for registrations and certifications such as the Series 6 & 63 or CFP .
