The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on an Anplan Model Builder Analyst to join our Finance team in a hybrid environment within our Radnor, PA; Fort Wayne, IN; Greensboro, NC; Charlotte, NC; Hartford, CT or Omaha, NE offices or remote if outside of one of these locations.
Background Details
The Financial Analytics team is responsible for shaping how the department interacts with data to gain insight into our financials and make data-driven decisions. As an Anaplan Model Builder Analyst, you will be in a lead model builder capacity, within a project team, requiring autonomy and navigation of internal/external stakeholder partnerships. You will play a meaningful role in developing our next generation planning process through Anaplan. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models to support various business functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Anaplan models.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that improve enterprise planning and decision-making. As part of the Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE), you will contribute to creating end-to-end models, supporting existing models, maintaining model integrity, implementing best practices, and driving the successful adoption of Anaplan across the organization.
What you'll be doing
* You will build and evaluate business requirements and consult with stakeholders to ensure model design reflects business needs.
* You will gain an understanding of insurance concepts and terminology, in particular individual life insurance, annuities, group insurance, and/or retirement planning.
* You will translate the solution architect's high-level instructions into actionable steps per PLANUAL standards and build solutions in Anaplan.
* You will configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, pages, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs.
* You will continuously monitor and optimize Anaplan models for performance.
* You will develop and maintain strong documentation on assumptions, models, and processes for end users and other model builders.
* You will contribute to the continued growth and success of the established Anaplan Center of Excellence by providing training, support to end-users, and promoting the adoption and proficiency of Anaplan across the organization.
* You will provide subject matter expertise on best practices using Anaplan while maintaining knowledge of current and emerging trends of the ecosystem.
* You will collaborate with business leaders and senior model builders on high-impact projects that shape financial and operational decision making.
* You will mentor junior model builders and support their upward mobility
What we're looking for
Must-Haves:
* 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
* 3 - 5+ Years experience as a model builder in an EPM tool (Anaplan or another).
* Anaplan L3 Certified, or equivalent training completed, upon hire.
* Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus on key objectives.
* Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.

The Role at a Glance
This position continuously monitors the alert queue; triages security alerts; monitors health of security sensors and endpoints; collects data and context necessary to initiate IR response. In addition, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining multiple security technologies for detecting and preventing IT security incidents.

Reporting to the Broker & Market Leader, the Broker Director is primarily responsible for directly managing the relationships with brokers a select set of five or less retail brokers. The Broker Director will be a key part of a national team assigned to each of their focus brokers and collaborate closely with their counterparts across AIG and at the broker to drive engagement and insights that yield outpaced growth.
Tasked with driving the financial results and managing assigned retail brokers within a market, the Broker Director will create clear goals that are defined and designed to:
Promote profitable growth and/or retention and expand desired mix of business.
Ensure AIG is deriving insights, value and results out of consulting or data services purchased from retail brokers.
Support AIG's efforts to execute goals locally consistent with national commitments to/from retail brokers.
Leverage AIG platforms such as 360, Salesforce and others to apply KPIs / measure success.
Develop and facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with both Distribution (other Broker Directors, Client Directors, Broker & Market leadership, Wholesale & Alternative distribution) and Business Unit leaders to establish a comprehensive grasp of the portfolio, opportunities and target accounts with assigned brokers.
Coordinate with colleagues on the AIG International team to ensure alignment and coordination around management of applicable global business plans.
Own the broker performance scorecard, contribute to monthly and quarterly measurement reviews and articulate the health of broker relationships using data, to the NA Leadership Team.

Travel regularly to broker offices within their market (cadence and format to be determined with Broker & Market Leader and Executive based on the health of the broker relationship).
Regular meetings with broker partners and appropriate level of Distribution leadership team to review results and adjust strategies/target where needed.
Collaborate and develop execution strategies of growth products with AIG Product teams.
Develop execution strategies with the Broker & Market Executive (or Leader) and Product leadership with KPIs to support them.
Ensure absolute alignment with broker agreements and strategy.
Drive growth culture with assigned brokers on areas of growth and retention by Product.
Working with Distribution Analytics to:
develop market and product level target account initiatives and relationship expansion.
drive pipelining initiatives at the local level for assigned brokers.
ensure monthly results and KPI reporting are distributed to the appropriate constituents (Broker & Market Executive and Leader) and Product Leaders; use that data to drive opportunities for alignment and profitable growth/retention strategies.
Key Qualifications
Strong sales background, negotiation skills and presentation skills required.

5+ years' experience in broker and/or carrier relationship management, underwriting or commercial insurance broking is strongly preferred.
Demonstrate adaptability, actively leaning into AIG's learn-it-all culture.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to communicate directly with senior leadership within AIG and the dedicated broker relationships.

* SAP FSCD specialists deliver the technology and services to help meet business performance goals and improve processes
* Promote and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between Business & Technology teams
* Participate in project planning activities and manage the execution of enhancements & multiple parallel Projects
* Manage relationship with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all the project deliverables.
What You'll Bring:
Skills and Experience:
* 7-10 years of SAP FS‑CD and S/4HANA Finance experience, with deep functional expertise and full lifecycle implementations across Collections, Disbursements, payments, clearing, and business partner processes.
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into SAP FS‑CD functional designs and partner effectively with technical teams (ABAP, integration, banking interfaces).
* Proficiency in configuring FS‑CD components (business partners, policies, dunning, disbursements, workflows, payment programs, reconciliation, reporting).
* Experience developing and managing interfaces with external banking systems (ACH, wire, check processing, positive pay).
* Strong understanding of S/4HANA capabilities and SAP Finance best practices.
* 5+ years working in complex, multi‑module SAP environments, with strong integration experience across FI and related Finance components.
* Ability to work across cross‑functional teams, facilitate workshops, and drive clarity in complex delivery environments.
* Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies and use of tools/accelerators to streamline implementation.
* Strong analytical abilities, problem‑solving skills, and capability to design scalable finance solutions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Business, and/or equivalent experience.
* Master's degree Information Technologies, Computer Science, Business preferred
* Deep functional knowledge in the areas of finance within the financial services industry.
* Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $125,000 - $185,000 (Philadelphia)
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
