Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technically related field, or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of 8 years work experience. Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical field with 6 years experience is also acceptable. Preferred Qualifications * 8+ years of experience in application development, with at least 3+ years low-code platforms like Appian. * Domain knowledge in Financial Services. * Appian certifications (Lead Developer or equivalent). * Familiarity with JIRA and Agile delivery frameworks. * Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines. * Hands-on experience with SQL, API development, and system integrations. * Expertise in building reports and dashboards for business insights. Compensation The Salary for this position generally ranges between $110,000 - $135,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
