The role:
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Chat engineering team at SoFi. This team will play a pivotal role in supporting our members\' financial journeys by developing an intelligent, conversational AI-powered chat interface. This system will help streamline support queries from members and provide personalized financial insights and guidance. Chat is a critical component of how members interact with SoFi and building it will require a thoughtful approach to UI and product experience.
You will have a high degree of ownership and be involved in the entire product life cycle. We are looking for someone who can take accountability for both the code and finished product. At SoFi, we pride ourselves on the collaboration between Product, Design and Engineering and so you will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through building, deploying and continual improvement and evolution. What you'll do:
Development, testing and deployment of software systems
Actively participate in reviews to ensure code quality, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
Execute on well defined technical tasks and user stories with high quality in a timely manner
Help translate product requirements into technical solutions
Communicate with project leads, product managers and other software developers
Adapt existing practices, processes and frameworks to deliver tasks
Collaborate with peers as well as cross functional teams to coordinate and deliver projects
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a technical field, but we understand great engineers come from all sorts of different backgrounds and also consider relevant work experience
3+ years programming experience including Full stack experience with React/Typescript and Kotlin/ Java
Our core stack is React / Kotlin / Spring / PostgreSQL, and we run on Kubernetes in a service oriented architecture with over 100 services in production.
You should have 2+ years, Java or Kotlin programming experience
You should have a good understanding of relational databases
You should have 1+ years of experience building React based web applications
Experience working in a collaborative coding environment, refining designs together, working through code reviews and managing pull requests
Nice to have:
Experience building LLM based applications
Experience scaling highly available, mission critical systems

Your Role
The Identity team is responsible for the platforms that manage user access and data confidentiality for customers. As a Software Engineer on the team, you will take on a dynamic role, developing core customer‑facing identity products, such as authentication/authorization, user account security, and encryption key management. PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. Role Definition
This position will serve as a Digitalization Expert to support enterprise-wide digitalization projects implementation at CCMC, with primary responsibility including advanced coding using high-level languages.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or Support Caterpillar Standard Systems Deployment
Lead or support the end-to-end deployment of enterprise digital standard systems, including requirement confirmation, plan formulation, system configuration, test execution, and go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system deployment with business processes, ensuring 100% compliance with enterprise digital standards.
Establish and optimize the system deployment SOP to improve deployment efficiency and reduce post-go-live failure rates.
Current Systems Deep Dive to Extract Value for Full Use

Collaborate with business teams to evaluate the ROI of RPA projects and continuously optimize existing RPA robots to improve automation coverage and business efficiency.
Advanced Statistical Modeling & Algorithm Development
Independently design and develop advanced analytical models based on business decision scenarios.
Proficiently use modeling tools and programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, SQL, and Excel, and conduct model validation to ensure model stability with prediction error controlled within 5% for core scenarios.
Translate complex model results into clear, business-oriented insights and actionable recommendations.
Create interactive data visualization reports/dashboards using tools like Power BI, enabling business leaders to intuitively grasp key indicators.
Track the implementation effect of model-driven decisions, summarize successful cases and improvement points, and form a closed-loop of "modeling-decision-implementation-optimization".

Key Requirements
