The Role at a Glance
Lincoln is seeking an SVP, Head of AI Product & Delivery -a visionary leader who will turn AI strategy into business reality. In this role, you'll define how AI reshapes our organization, delivering solutions that unlock new growth, streamline operations, and create lasting competitive advantage.
This position is about impact at scale: leading the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from concept and MVP to enterprise deployment, while ensuring measurable business outcomes. What you'll be doing
AI Leadership & Delivery
* Manage AI Pipeline: Oversee a portfolio of AI initiatives, making decisions about resource allocation, approach (buy vs. build), and value realization.
* Lead Rapid Prototyping: Build and guide a product organization that creates prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate value and technical feasibility. Act as a thought partner to senior leaders by "showing" what's possible.
* Deliver Scaled AI Products: Drive AI solutions from concept through production deployment, business adoption, and measurable value realization.
* Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate data scientists, ML engineers, business analysts, and process experts to deliver AI applications.
* Reimagine Processes: Apply AI-first thinking to reinvent legacy processes-not just automate old workflows but create new approaches.
* Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships within the business with vendors, academic institutions, and research organizations to access and deliver best-in-class solutions.
* Establish Enterprise Standards: Develop and embed robust AI product management principles, delivery frameworks, and governance models that ensure consistency, scalability, and excellence across all AI initiatives.
* Foster Culture: Build a collaborative, agile, and high-performance environment across AI product teams.
What we're looking for
Must Haves:
* Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, technology delivery, or digital transformation.
* 5+ years in senior leadership roles focused on product strategy, agile delivery, and enterprise implementation.
* Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and ability to translate those capabilities into business value.
* Proven track record building rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and working demonstrations to accelerate innovation.
* Agile product delivery expertise with experience driving iterative development and scaled deployment.
Nice to Haves:
* Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
* Strong understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI practices.
* Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business units.

The pay range for this position is 250 - 750 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.

As the AVP, Actuary M&A Strategy, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our organization through strategic vision and actuarial expertise. This role combines advanced financial modeling with deep actuarial insight to evaluate and execute transactions that drive enterprise growth. What you'll be doing

The pay range for this position is $125,800 - $229,100 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
