Degrees matter FAR more than experience. Management doesn't take complaints seriously, whether brought to their attention in private or in a public setting. The office personnel deem themselves higher than the production workers and act as such.
Great relationships to be made with a diverse group of people.
Regular raises
That they weren't based in my location so I saw them rarely.
Fire the current GM. He's the main cause of employee retention issues and bad morale.
